The sweeping tree lined driveway is a prelude of what is to come at Plas Pantyderi with the promise of luxury, indulgence and fun. This Georgian manor holiday house near Newport in Pembrokeshire couldn't be more perfect for a whole range of events including extended friends and family celebrations, intimate weddings and corporate away breaks.

Enjoying a rural setting, but close to the coast, this is a great base from which to explore beautiful West Wales and all that it has to offer. Close proximity to some fabulous beaches such as Poppit Sands and Newport make this house hugely attractive for multi generational families for a fun holiday by the sea or for friends getting together for an activity break.

Plas Pantyderi is a great house for a party, offering an impressive lounge bar and a games room with full sized snooker table. The well stocked trout fishing lake is really popular with keen fishermen and the extensive lawns great spots for some corporate team building or garden games. The house is dog friendly and there is plenty of space in the grounds for them to run around. For added convenience there is outside bike and walking kit storage and cleaning facilities.

There are 2 kitchens at Pantyderi. One is a top quality fully equipped kitchen set up for socialising, a lovely informal space to prepare meals together. The second, a working kitchen, has a range cooker, fridge and pantry, ideal for professional chefs who may be catering for a special occasion. The dining room exudes elegance and can seat everyone to eat together, an ambient space with original beams, period furniture and large Georgian sash windows. Settle down after dinner in the cosy snug or lounge bar, both with open fires and laid back seating.

All of the bedrooms are very spacious and a useful combination of superkings, kings or twins, flexible to suit your group. Neuadd and Y Dderwen are interconnecting, a helpful option for families with young children. Newly designed Llyfrgell is a sunken room with steps down to the bedroom. 5 have en suite shower rooms and all have stunning views of the gardens and grounds.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** 2 well behaved dogs are allowed. Please keep on a lead in case of livestock in fields. Don't leave alone in house. No dogs upstairs or on furniture.
- **Accessibility:** No specific facilities.
- **Hot Tub:** A hot tub and sauna are currently being installed at Plas Pantyderi and are expected to be ready by 17 July 2026. Installation is still in progress.
- **WiFi:** WiFi is available throughout.
- **Kitchen:** High end luxury social kitchen includes bar type seating, island, wine chiller and dishwasher. 2nd working kitchen includes range, pantry and fridge.
- **Dining Room:** Inside dining for 21 guests. Plenty of outside seating for al fresco meals.
- **Sitting Room:** Large living room with bar, open fire, period features and comfy sofas. New snug with sofas and a TV. Entrance reception room with fire.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV in the snug and dining room.
- **Games Room:** Billiards room with full size snooker table and play area. Bench seating.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** The house is centrally heated throughout. Open fires in reception hall and snug
- **Bedrooms:** 8 superkings, 2 kings and 1 single. 5 en suite shower rooms. All doubles have zip and link option. Neuadd and Y Dderwen connect for families.
- **Linen:** High quality bed linen and bathroom towels are provided.
- **Bathrooms:** 5 en suite shower rooms. 1 family bathroom with deep bath and high level flush toilet. 1 separate modern shower room.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cots and high chairs can be provided. Please supervise children near the open fishing lake.
- **Outdoor:** Outdoor table and chairs. 3 acres of gardens and grounds to explore. Trout fishing lake. Garden games.
- **Parking:** Ample off road secure parking for 6+ cars.
- **Smoking:** No smoking please.
