Plymouth Chambers comprises over 5,000 sq. ft. of completely unique city centre living space and sleeps up to 23. This stunning grade 2 listed building has been completely renovated, but retains most of its original features, including a charming mahogany panelled sitting room and impressive open staircase. The house is furnished with interesting antiques, and the walls are decorated with a mix of traditional and contemporary original artwork.

The grand entrance hallway with a traditional Welsh oak dresser and an 18th century oak settle leads to a large dining room which can seat up to 20 guests. The snug area in this room houses a large wall mounted Bang and Olufsen TV that can be positioned to be viewed throughout the dining area and snug. There's also an Xbox 360 in the snug and a Bose music system. The modern kitchen has full cooking facilities including twin ovens, microwave, hob and dishwasher.

An original, beautiful, towering open staircase leads to the upper floors, with the other social rooms found on the first floor. Your guests can gather in the charming mahogany panelled sitting room, with its ornate, hand carved fireplace, or escape to the study, which doubles up as a games room (there are plenty of family friendly board games and DVDs to choose from) or as a private dining room.

Also upstairs is a large communal "getting ready room", with 4 person sauna, 2 showers and basins, a full height mirror, bluetooth music system and a Victorian massage table! So the fun can start before you even leave the house.

On the upper floors there are 9 bedrooms (3 on each floor) with a bathroom and separate WC on each floor. In total there are 5 double beds and 10 single beds, with 3 pull out beds with sprung mattresses for additional guests in larger groups.
