Set on the quiet residential road of Nab Walk, Points is just moments from the beach, allowing guests to begin and end each day by the water. The vibrant village of East Wittering is within easy walking distance, offering a great selection of cafés, restaurants and local shops. Scenic coastal walks lead west towards the sandy beaches of West Wittering or east to Bracklesham Bay, while the surrounding area provides easy access to Selsey, Itchenor, Chichester and the South Downs.

At the heart of the home is a spacious living and dining area, designed for gathering together. With comfortable seating arranged around a cosy fireplace and a large Smart TV, it’s the perfect place to relax after a day outdoors. The generous dining table seats all guests with ease, ideal for shared meals and celebrations. A separate snug just off the main space provides a quieter retreat, complete with additional seating, a TV and a desk, making it equally suited for reading, games or work.

To the rear, the modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed for easy group catering and opens directly onto the enclosed garden. This outdoor space combines lawn and patio areas, creating a peaceful setting for morning coffee, children’s play or relaxed al fresco dining.

The bedroom layout is thoughtfully arranged across two floors, with two bedrooms on the ground floor and three upstairs. All beds feature zip-and-link mattresses, allowing them to be configured as doubles or twins to suit different group needs. The ground floor includes a king-size room and a bunk room, sharing a shower room with separate WC. Upstairs, there are two super-king rooms and a further king room with en suite shower. A family bathroom with bath and walk-in shower, along with additional facilities, ensures comfort for all guests. One of the upstairs bedrooms also benefits from access to a large balcony with glimpses of the sea.

With private parking for three cars and its exceptional coastal location, Points offers a stylish and flexible base for an unforgettable seaside stay.
