All 3 houses are furnished & equipped to the same standard & are set in a 5000 m2 pomegranate tree garden in one of Dalyan's most sought after areas. The rental includes 40 litres of bottled water in the dispenser in each villa, as well as all washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper etc & beach towels. You need only to bring what you need for your holiday.
We have a restaurant-size BBQ, which is very popular with our guests. You are welcome to help yourselves to lemons for your drinks, & (depending on what's in season) figs, mulberries, grapes, plums & pomegranates of course.
Restaurants, bars and shops are only 8 minutes' walk away and the very centre of Dalyan is a 10-15 minute walk away. We include 6 bicycles for you in the price & more can be rented locally.
As one of our guests succinctly put it, you're far enough out of town to enjoy the cicadas, the stars and the sunrises over the mountains, but close enough to nip in for bread, the bars, restaurants or whatever else.

With Dalyan's ideal mix of adventure & relaxation, high pace & slow pace, sea & beach, mountains & lakes, mud baths, ancient city & hot springs, there's a fabulous choice of things to do to meet everyone's expectations & make unforgettable memories for all.
We have our own boat for group excursions & can point you in the right direction if you need any help. We live in Dalyan, but not on site.
