17th century Presaddfed Hall is situated on the north west side of the beautiful island of Anglesey, within an hour's drive of the heart of Snowdonia.

'Presaddfed' is Welsh for 'Mature Grove of Trees'. The house is set in the grounds of a private estate and 80 acres of mature woodlands with its own ancient burial chamber adjacent to 180 acres of lake and marshland hosting a wide variety of flora and fauna. Presaddfed has a significant population of red squirrels, having participated in the successful programme to reintroduce the species to Anglesey.

Many other activities and attractions that have made Anglesey and Snowdonia top UK destinations are all within easy reach of Presaddfed. To name a few, these include sandy beaches, spectacular coastal walks, medieval castles, National Trust properties, ornithology, fishing, kayaking, kite-surfing, sailing, climbing, Zip World and golf.

The ground floor is spacious with a substantial stone-paved entrance hall, two sitting rooms, dining room, bar area, large kitchen, utility rooms and downstairs toilets. Oak panelling is prevalent in the ground floor rooms.

A spectacular oak staircase leads to 5 large double or twin rooms on the 1st floor and a further 5 large double or twin rooms on the 2nd floor.

Guests can book the house exclusively with the option of 5 bedrooms or 10 bedrooms price adjusted accordingly. Please contact the owner.

There are mature gardens with tables and benches to the front and side of the house.

There is clay shooting and horse riding also available at the property.

- **Heating and Open Fires:** The house has central heating and an open fire in the Drawing Room. A courtesy supply of logs for the fire is provided.
- **Bedrooms:** There are 10 bedrooms. 3 bedrooms are permanent double, 7 bedrooms can be either twin or double. 7 bedrooms have en suite facilities.
- **Linen:** Linen and towels supplied.
- **Bathrooms:** 9 bathrooms (7 en suite). 7 bathrooms with bath and shower, 2 bathrooms with shower only.
- **Outdoor:** Set on private estate with mature private gardens & picnic benches. Charcoal BBQ available.
- **Parking:** Ample parking available.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted inside the house.
