Just 45 minutes from London with good road links, Prestwick Oak is a quirky yet stylish group of family holiday cottages. The Main House is the focal point, an oak framed family holiday house with a dining table for 12 and relaxed seating for everyone in the lounge. Open plan living with vaulted ceilings and oak French doors creates a lovely ambience with underfloor heating and contemporary furnishings guaranteed to be a great choice for 3 generation families, friends and special interest groups getting together for a holiday or a special occasion.

The Main House is an ideal base for a family while grandparents and other relatives can choose from 1 of 3 quirky studio barns each for 2 people just metres away. An outside sundowner terrace lined with olive trees, al fresco dining and an undercover relaxed seating area allows guests to enjoy the temperate summer climate of the south east over a few drinks or a barbecue next to the firepit.

All 4 properties have their own living areas with comfy sofas and Smart TVs, a bonus for a mixed age group where a bit of space for the youngsters might be required. Decks at each unit also provide somewhere to socialise in the evening and large lawns offer plenty of space for family games. Even the dogs can get involved.

Beds are all King or Superking sized with white cotton 200 thread bed linen, feather duvets and feather pillows as well as big fluffy bath towels. 4 of the 5 bedrooms are ground floor, helpful for anyone who struggles with stairs.

Situated in an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Prestwick Oak is handy for Haslemere and Chiddingfold and only 30 minutes from Glorious Goodwood for motor enthusiasts. The West Wittering 5 mile beach is just 45 minutes away by foot across the South Downs, a starting point for walking the coastal path. There are plenty of pretty walks from the door too with easy access to great country pubs including The Swan; The Mulberry, Chiddingfold; The Duke of Cumberland, Ferhurst.

Booking Information

A 50% deposit is required to secure a booking with the balance due 10 weeks before arrival. Changeover Day – Friday or Monday but some flexibility. Check in 2pm, check out 10.30am. 2 night minimum stay except for bank holidays which is 3 nights and Christmas/New Year is 7 nights.

Cautionary Refundable Deposit – £150.

Strict cancellation policy – no refunds after 24 hours of booking.
