Located in the pretty port of Amble in Northumberland, Radcliffes Lodge is a purpose built bunkhouse perfect for friends, families, youth, special interest or corporate groups. Sleeping up to 50, Radcliffes Lodge is available with exclusive use for large groups, or come to stay with a group of friends and enjoy the relaxed, friendly atmosphere with other like-minded guests. For those travelling from different parts of the north east, there are good transport links.

Careful thought has gone into the design to create a warm, comfortable and practical place to stay with excellent communal facilities. A basic self service breakfast is available with complimentary tea and coffee.

The stainless steel kitchen has 4 cooking stations, great for preparing meals together. There's plenty of dining space with sociable bench style tables and seating next to a large lounge with leather sofas to sit back and relax in. For anyone on a walking, cycling or water sports holiday, laundry facilities and secure bike storage make Radcliffes a good choice. The large panoramic windows look over the pretty Amble marina with views extending to Warkworth Castle, so sit back with a coffee or glass of wine and relax.

The 9 private rooms offer different sized accommodation with rooms available for families and pets by prior arrangement. Underfloor heating and en suite showers ensure a snug night's sleeps in cabin bunk beds with brightly coloured bed linen.

Radcliffes Lodge is a fantastic base for exploring Northumberland. Amble itself has a range of restaurants offering fantastic local seafood, pubs and shops easily within walking distance. Visit the Medieval Warkworth Castle by car or stroll along the beautiful coastal path on the stunning circular hike, perhaps stopping off for a pint on the way back. There are 2 beaches in Amble, with a small sandy expanse between the pier and promenade, and a harbour to explore. Further afield is Seahouses for more fabulous coastal scenery, an idyllic fishing port and a proper fish and chips supper. Reach the party city of Newcastle in under an hour to explore historic attractions, shopping or enjoy a fun night out.

Located in the fishing town of Amble on the Northumberland Coastal Path. 30 minutes from Morpeth and 40 minutes from Seahouses, 50 minutes from Newcastle Upon Tyne. A1 road access.
