The property is located in Catford, just 8 minute walk from the two stations in the town centre. Journey times into central London are 12 minutes to London Bridge, 20 to Waterloo and 22 to Charing Cross. We are 13 miles and 35 minutes from Junction 2 of the M25.
The whole house and gardens have been designed with flexibility in mind. This is based upon accommodating numerous business groups for many years.
Every bedroom is en suite with sound separation between all rooms and hallways to the highest standards. The large dining room can seat 24 but is easily rearranged into a meeting or conference room. There is a large format TV that can be connected to computers or smart phones; a projector can be provided if required. This room also has large white walls for larger format projected images if required.
There is a lounge facing into the garden area with a second TV and comfy relaxing sofas and easy chairs. Patio doors lead to the terrace and garden area.
The house is connected with super-fast broadband fibre-optic cable. There are hard wired boosters on every floor giving an average download speed of 45 Mbps and upload of 8 Mbps.
There is parking to the front for 10+ cars and we can accept minibuses or even coaches. To the rear is a private south west facing landscaped garden with patio and seating which is perfect for break out space or relaxing in the evening after a full day of work.
