Ravensbourne House, Catford, South London, sleeps 11-30 in 11 bedrooms.

The property is located in Catford, just 8 minute walk from the two stations in the town centre. Journey times into central London are 12 minutes to London Bridge, 20 to Waterloo and 22 to Charing Cross. We are 13 miles and 35 minutes from Junction 2 of the M25.

The whole house and gardens have been designed with flexibility in mind. This is based upon accommodating numerous business groups for many years.

Every bedroom is en suite with sound separation between all rooms and hallways to the highest standards. The large dining room can seat 30 but is easily rearranged into a meeting or conference room. There is a large format TV that can be connected to computers or smart phones; a projector can be provided if required. This room also has large white walls for larger format projected images if required.

There is a lounge facing into the garden area with a second TV and comfy relaxing sofas and easy chairs. Patio doors lead to the terrace and garden area.

The house is connected with super-fast broadband fibre-optic cable. There are hard wired boosters on every floor giving an average download speed of 45 Mbps and upload of 8 Mbps.

There is parking to the front for 10+ cars and we can accept minibuses or even coaches. To the rear is a private south west facing landscaped garden with patio and seating which is perfect for break out space or relaxing in the evening after a full day of work.

Catford and Catford Bridge Train Stations are a 7 min walk providing direct access to London Bridge, Victoria, Waterloo East, Blackfriars. We are next to the South Circular and 25 mins from the M25.
Catford town centre.
Lidl, Tesco, Aldi and FLK Chinese Groceries are 5-9 minutes walk. The nearest newsagent and coffee shops (Costa and independent coffee) is less than a 5 minute walk.

The train from Catford Bridge takes 15-18 minutes to London Bridge and London Waterloo East stations. The train from Catford takes 35-40 minutes into London Victoria and London Blackfriars Stations.
The bus stop is a 2 minute walk, with buses every 3-5 minutes.
Gatwick and Heathrow Airports are 1 hour by car. City Airport is 45 minutes by train. Luton Airport is 1 hour by train.
