Reddish Manor is nestled in a valley in the Chiltern Hills at the edge of the village of Sonning Common. Timber framed and oak panelled, Reddish Manor has 4 reception rooms, 8 bedrooms and sleeps 16 in comfort. 5 doubles, 1 single, 1 twins and 1 triple with 3 single beds. It is the most beautiful quirky old English home full of wonderful antiques and collectibles. There is a heated outdoor swimming pool, large gardens of 4 acres and seating area for relaxing: plenty of space for entertaining both indoors and outdoors. Reddish Manor is conveniently located near both the M4 and M40. Only 5 miles or so from Henley-On-Thames and Reading the latter with its frequent rail connections to London (30 mins). Ideal for Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Festival, Royal Ascot and Windsor Races. Pets are welcome and can sleep inside. There are fine eateries on the door step and some wonderful walks in this part of the Chilterns, an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty enveloped by the River Thames. 5 minutes by car to Paint Balling Centre, 5 minutes by car to municipal golf course - a little more to several other golf courses - and 10 minutes by car to either Henley or Reading. Great local walks, boating on the River Thames, 10 minutes by car to nightclubs. Beautician available to come to the house for treatments. ## Facilities - **WiFi:** Good internet access and strong mobile phone signal. - **Accessibility:** We are not equipped to accommodate disabled guests. - **Dog Friendly:** Pets are welcome. 2 dogs maximum. - **Kitchen:** A large room with armchairs and extendable table seating up to 16. The oven has a gas hob, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher. - **Dining Room:** Large dining table seating the whole group in the kitchen. - **Sitting Room:** The sitting room has a further open fireplace and a beamed ceiling. - **TV and Music Facilities:** There is a TV in the sitting room with Freeview. Also a DVD player, music system, electric keyboard. - **Games Room:** We do not have a games room. There is a roofed area next to the swimming pool with table football and table tennis. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Gas central heating throughout, as well as open fireplaces in the sitting room and old hall - **Bedrooms:** 6 bedrooms on the first floor 2 on the second, and 2 further bedrooms on the top floor. There is also a rear staircase and a secret staircase. - **Linen:** Bed linen and towels for use in the house are provided. Towels for use by the pool are not provided. - **Bathrooms:** Master bathroom with bath and wash basin. Second bathroom has a bath with a shower and a wash basin.
