Our cottage is perfect for families/groups of up to 16 people. We can offer:- 8 bedrooms for 16 guests, all with en suite wet-rooms, three also have baths. Two of the bedrooms are studio apartments and can be self contained. When you book the whole unit you will have a large open plan lounge/kitchen/dining area. If available a minimum of 4 bedrooms will give you both large lounges. If you require less accommodation please speak with the owner. This cottage is bespoke and has been designed to allow all members of your group or family to holiday together in peace and comfort regardless of age or physical needs. We want you to build happy memories into your holiday of quality time spent together at The Rings. We are pleased to offer a central location with the flexibility of self-catering accessible accommodation. We have an external utility room for the use of guests and a selection of DVDs, games, books and some toys for the younger members. At certain times of the year there are activities on the farm such as lambing and we welcome showing folk round and even the possibility of feeding a pet lamb. Our peaceful rural location 4 miles from Cupar, one of the oldest market towns in Fife, is a perfect start point to explore and discover towns and cities such as St Andrews, Dundee and Edinburgh. Cupar has excellent transport links to each of these if you'd prefer to travel by bus or train. Perthshire and the Angus glens are all within easy reach by car or bus for day trips. Fife is a popular tourist area with many and varied attractions including: history, art, food, nature and more. However our guests have remarked on the peaceful relaxing atmosphere at the Rings so you might prefer to relax in our modern and comfortable cottage. We have a "paw wash" beside our laundry. - **Kitchen:** The two kitchen areas give 4 ring hobs, ovens, microwaves, fridge/freezers, dishwashers, sinks and 1 of the kitchens is accessible. Large pots prov. - **Dining Room:** When one large group we can arrange the furniture to have one large dining table or separate tables for up to 16. - **Sitting Room:** There is one large open plan area with soft seating, if any of the party need more privacy they could stay in either studio rooms for flexibility. - **TV and Music Facilities:** All lounges and bedrooms have combi TV-DVDs with freeview channels. - **Heating and Open Fires:** Air source heat pump and underfloor heating makes a very comfortable environment and no radiators to bump into. It is a hybrid boiler with LPG backup. - **Bedrooms:** 8 bedrooms all en-suite, 6 twin or can be joined to make super-king. Two are twin with one electrically adjustable bed, a profile bed is available. - **Linen:** All linen and towels included. Bath sheet, hand towel and facecloth for each guest. If mid-week change requested extra charge will apply. - **Bathrooms:** All wet rooms and are accessible, 3 also have baths, one of which is a Gainsburgh-Kent and has a spa feature.
