Great City Centre House, a large holiday house in Cardiff, can sleep up to 18 guests when using the quality sofa beds, and is perfect for groups travelling together, families, friends, tourists, sports clubs or even contractors. The house is in a quiet residential street just a stone's throw from the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Castle and the town centre. You really don’t need a car if you stay here as within 5 to 10 minutes you will be in the middle of town.

The house has 4 very large bedrooms sleeping up to 10 in beds, but we also have good quality comfortable sofa beds and folding hotel contract guest beds to sleep an additional 8 guests - making the house able to accommodate up to 18 guests and perfect for larger groups.

The house has a pool table and electronic darts board and a selection of adult funny board games and cards for your enjoyment, so staying in is just as entertaining. Though why would you when you’re in Cardiff - the best city ever for a night out!

The house also has a hot tub in the garden for relaxing in. Respectful groups are always welcome - this is residential area with close neighbours. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am though of course you can listen to music (quietly!) and chat to your hearts' content to the small hours inside the house! The garden should be used for a smoking break only, no socialising outside after dark please.

Parties are not permitted and visitors are not allowed, staying/paid guests only.

If your group is larger still, please get in touch - there are other houses available in the street so we can accommodate groups of up to about 70 subject to availability.

Large fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden table with bench style seating and folding chairs additionally. Seating up to 10 at a time.

Very large comfy leather sofa and leather feel bean bags are in the lounge along with comfy designer chairs around the pool table area. Smart TV.

TV and Music Facilities

Smart TV with internet.

Games Room

Pool table is in the through lounge with a seated area and TV.

Central heating throughout.

Bedrooms

4 bedrooms: double bed, king, triple bunk bed, 1 room with 3 single beds. 1 double sofa bed, 5 single sofa beds, 1 folding guest bed.

Linen

All bed linen supplied plus towels.

Bathrooms

Family bathroom, 1 en suite shower room. Separate wc downstairs.

Children's Facilities

High chair available and travel cot available on request.

Outdoor

Decked area with table and chairs in garden and some folding chairs and recliners provided. Outside hot tub.

Swimming Pool

There is no pool but there are public facilities in Cardiff. There's a hot tub in the garden.

Parking

Parking permit for 1 vehicle supplied. The next street has unrestricted and unreserved parking and there’s usually spaces available.

Smoking

Smoking outside only please. A charge of £250 will be made if evidence of smoking found to cover the costs of extra cleaning.

Booking Information

Security deposit £500 required. 20% deposit to secure booking, balance due 8 weeks before stay. Minimum stay 2 nights. Preferred check in day Friday. Check in from 4pm, out by 11am (can be flexible).
