The house is in a quiet residential street just a stone's throw from the Principality Stadium, Cardiff Castle and the town centre. You really don’t need a car if you stay here as within 5 to 10 minutes you will be in the middle of town. The house has 4 very large bedrooms sleeping up to 10 in beds, but we also have good quality comfortable sofa beds and folding hotel contract guest beds to sleep an additional 8 guests - making the house able to accommodate up to 18 guests and perfect for larger groups. The house has a pool table and electronic darts board and a selection of adult funny board games and cards for your enjoyment, so staying in is just as entertaining. Though why would you when you’re in Cardiff - the best city ever for a night out! The house also has a hot tub in the garden for relaxing in. Respectful groups are always welcome - this is residential area with close neighbours. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am though of course you can listen to music (quietly!) and chat to your hearts' content to the small hours inside the house! The garden should be used for a smoking break only, no socialising outside after dark please. Parties are not permitted and visitors are not allowed, staying/paid guests only. If your group is larger still, please get in touch - there are other houses available in the street so we can accommodate groups of up to about 70 subject to availability. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** Pets are at the discretion of the host and need to be communicated at the time of the booking. - **Accessibility:** Ramp for wheelchair access can be supplied on request with notice given. - **WiFi:** WiFi available. - **Kitchen:** Large fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden table with bench style seating and folding chairs additionally. Separate wc downstairs. - **Children's Facilities:** High chair available and travel cot available on request. - **Outdoor:** Decked area with table and chairs in garden and some folding chairs and recliners provided. Outside hot tub. - **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool but there are public facilities in Cardiff. There's a hot tub in the garden. - **Parking:** Parking permit for 1 vehicle supplied.
