We offer the perfect base for exploring the vibrant city of Manchester with a wide range of cultural, sporting and shopping opportunities. A great location for weekend city breaks and get togethers with family and friends, and sports teams. Please note that these houses are in a residential area, and are not party houses.

Riverside Villas, located in a scenic area opposite University of Salford, equidistant from Old Trafford and the Etihad Stadiums. Manchester City Centre is under a mile away from the houses, and easily accessible for guests who want to sample the nightlife that Manchester has to offer. The Arndale and Trafford Centres are the places to visit for those who fancy a spot of retail therapy. Manchester Science & Technology Museum, Coronation Street The Tour (Granada Studios) and the Lowry Museum are all a short walk away, offering interesting cultural experiences.

The proximity of Riverside Villas to the bright city lights belies their quieter position overlooking the River Irwell, with pretty walks through Peel Park and the surrounding area. Returning to the houses after a busy day out provides some rest and relaxation in this peaceful neighbourhood; enjoy the charming roof terrace with great views, relax on the comfy sofas in the spacious lounge areas or enjoy the enclosed garden spaces on a nice evening.

Guests who are celebrating a special birthday or anniversary can share a meal together, prepared in the new fully equipped kitchens, or ask about hiring in outside caterers. There are plenty of restaurants, bars and pubs within walking distance of the house, with an impressive range of cuisines to choose from. Also casinos, city cruises and plenty of other nightlife opportunities.

Accommodation offers a convenient mix for any group with extra sofa beds available. Facilities are plentiful across both floors with contemporary fixtures and fittings in all bathrooms.

Villa 3 only-hot tub on covered terrace (setup £200). Roof terraced balcony with views of river, meadow & city. Private gardens with bbq (all villas).

There is no pool but it is just a 10-minute walk from the sports centre, with use of Olympic sized swimming pool and Gym.

Free and secure parking is available.

No smoking inside the properties please.

Booking Information

2 days minimum stay is required. Check in from 4pm, check out by 11am.
We charge a £500 fully refundable damage / house rules deposit. A payment link will be sent within a week prior to arrival.
We require ID from all guests that stay with us to be received by the latest 72 hours before arrival.

Salford Crescent Station is 10 mins walk from the property and Manchester Victoria 15 mins.
Manchester, 15 mins drive to the centre, making this a great base for a city break.
Heron Foods Supermarket just under 1/2 a mile from Riverside. Tesco Express and Sainsburys a mile away.
Vero Moderno is 1/2 a mile from the property as is The Old Pint Pot. Deansgate with range of bars and restaurants is a mile away and Manchester City Centre 2 miles.
Manchester Airport is a 25 minute drive away.
