Riverview House sleeps 8 in 4 bedrooms (with day bed in 1 bedroom and sofa bed in the second lounge suitable for an extra guest).

Stunning views across the roofline towards Looe Harbour and the sea make Riverview House a great choice for a multi generational family holiday or getting together with friends to celebrate a big birthday or other special occasion. Perfectly placed to make the most of everything Looe has to offer, this family holiday house has fabulous living spaces inside and out, with a choice of 2 lounges, both with wood burners and ideal for a mixed group to spread out.

Open plan design on the ground floor has created a truly sociable space, with a well equipped kitchen and dining table for 10 guests. The lounge area has sumptuous velvet sofas for relaxing next to the wood stove. Doors from the dining area lead to the outside deck, a wonderful outdoor space with yet more comfy sofas, a barbecue and pizza oven. You can bring the dogs and the deck is an excellent spot for furry friends to chill out with you.

On the first floor there's a second lounge with TV and another stove, popular with the youngsters for a little privacy. The games room has everything needed for family fun, table tennis, pool, air hockey table and dart board, plus patio door access to the rear garden and furnished gravel terrace.

The bedroom set up works well, providing a combination of a king, triple family room, double and a top floor single with an extra day bed. The bedrooms are set over 2 upper floors. The family room has an en suite WC for convenience and the shared bathroom has a bath and separate shower.

The superb location of Riverview House means that a pub and restaurant are within a 5 minute walk, and Looe itself has a wide range of popular bars and eateries for all tastes. The main beach in Looe has golden sands and safe bathing waters for a family day out; children will love playing in the rockpools while the adults watch the comings and goings of boats from the harbour. Pick up some freshly caught fish for a barbecue supper.

- Friday changeover 3pm check in, 10am check out. Short breaks available out of season. 2 dogs are allowed for an additional charge of £25 each.

- Reservations made within 6 months of the start of the holiday will require a 50% deposit and the balance paid 6 weeks before the holiday starts. Bookings made more than 6 months in advance of the start date will require a 25% deposit, 25% 6 months before the holiday start date and the balance 6 weeks before the holiday start date.
