Friday to Friday These 2 apartments occupy a spectacular cliff-top position overlooking the sea at Polurrian Cove on the beautiful Lizard Peninsular in Cornwall. The perfect venue for getting together with extended family or sharing a few days with friends. The apartments are next to the Polurrian hotel with its excellent facilities including a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, gym & tennis court, all of which are available to guests staying here (subject to availability determined by the hotel). 2026 news: There is construction on the far side of the hotel, the site is not visible to us, though the static crane is. Fortunately views to Mullion Rock, across the lawns, are not impacted Rock View occupies the ground floor of the house, with 3 bedrooms and use of the front garden. The lounge area is large enough for a group of 10 to come together, and the dining area can seat 10 comfortably. Sandpiper is on the upper floor, with 2 bedrooms, another lounge and a kitchen diner, and has access to the rear terrace which is sunny and spacious. There's a picnic bench and garden bench - ideal for a group of 10 to relax together at the end of the day. EV charging available. The Lizard Peninsular is the perfect setting for a family holiday or a get together with friends for a weekend or longer stay. The house is on the coastal path, spectacular beaches are walking distance for sunbathing, games and surfing. The picturesque villages of Cadgwith, Helford and Porthleven are all within an easy drive, there's plenty to keep everyone happy. There's horse riding and golf nearby, and a multitude of water based activities including kayaking, paddle boarding, coasteering, sailing, and fishing trips. Opportunities for culture include the Tate and a wealth of art in St Ives as well as the Minack Theatre just an hour away. The coastal path offers fantastic walking with wildlife and flora to spot. Family days out are numerous, and guests can enjoy excellent local food and drink at the many cafes, restaurants and local vineyard and brewery. ## Facilities - **Dog Friendly:** 1 house trained non-barking dog accommodated in Rock View, lounge and kitchen areas only, not allowed on furniture please. All mess to be binned. - **Accessibility:** Rock View is at ground floor level, but has internal steps in the lounge. No specific facilities for disabled guests. - **WiFi:** WiFi available, ethernet point in both apartments. - **Kitchen:** Well equipped with everything you need for self catering. Both also have a washer and dryer. Kitchen diner in Sandpiper. Rock View has a dishwasher. - **Dining Room:** Rock View can seat 6. Kitchen diner seating 4 in Sandpiper. RV has an extendable table, and bay window seat to enable 12 to sit down together. - **Sitting Room:** Rock View: bright room with large corner sofa, additional comfy seating and wood burner, plus amazing sea views. Sandpiper: light and airy with views. - **TV and Music Facilities:** TV available in both apartments. - **Heating and Open Fires:** A mix of Infrared Herschel heaters, portable heaters and wood burning stove. - **Bedrooms:** Rock View: 1 superking double, 2 twins of which 1 has narrow twins 2ft6, and 1 has long twins.
