## About The Property

East Coast Adventure, Northern Ireland, has been the location of choice for a range of youth, school, corporate, hen/stag, walking and mountain bike groups since 1992. Also a fabulous venue for a large family get together, and smaller groups are also very welcome.
 Rostrevor Mountain Lodge sleeps 30 - available with exclusive or shared use (we do ask hens and stags to take the whole building, please).
 6 glamping pods pet friendly.
 East Coast Adventure is located on the Lower Knockbarragh Road, Rostrevor, Northern Ireland. Set in the beautiful Knockbarragh Valley overlooking Rostrevor Village with wonderful views down the valley to Carlingford Lough, this is the perfect location for a fun packed or relaxing stay. Groups are welcomed throughout the year with the added bonus of outdoor activities bookable as part of your stay.
 The Lodge offers comfortable accommodation with a range of family and double rooms, all en suite. We are delighted to offer disability wheelchair access and toilet/showering facilities on the ground floor. There's ground floor social space, and lunch and dinner can be provided on request.
 If you are a group looking to visit the Mourne Mountains or Mourne coastal area you'll find plenty to do, including hiking, walking, outdoor activities, mountain biking and much more. We're always delighted to help our visitors explore and give suggestions of what to do and where to go.
 The Centre itself can offer a wide range of activities including canoeing, pier jumping, banana boating, yachting, kayaking, wet river bouldering, archery, mega river gorge zip lining, mini zip line, team games, team challenges and 35FT climbing tower. Please pre-book activities.
 Rostrevor is believed by many to be the top spot for mountain biking in Ireland, described as “among the world’s best”. Bike hire available locally.
 On site there is also East Coast Glamping with a total of 6 glamping pods, a larger shared communal pod, an outside shared catering hut, shared shower/toilet pod with free on site parking. Pods 1-4, the communal pod and showers/toilets are located on the first level with pods 5 & 6 located on the upper level. (Please note: Glampsite is not wheelchair accessible).

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Pets are not permitted in the Lodge, but some glamping pods are dog friendly.
- **Accessibility:** All bedrooms, dining room, sitting room and kitchen on the ground floor are wheelchair accessible.
- **WiFi:** WiFi is available. Due to our location within the mountains, mobile reception varies depending on network.
- **Dining Room:** 30 people can eat together comfortably in the dining room. There is a fridge, kettle, toaster, microwave and sink.
- **Sitting Room:** TV, DVD player, fire place and can sit up to 30 people comfortably.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** TV with freeview and DVD player.
- **Kitchen:** Gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, grill, bain marie food warmer and sink.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** All rooms are central heated. The main sitting room also has a cosy open fire.
- **Bedrooms:** The Lodge offers 9 bedrooms of different sizes (up to 5). 6 glamping pods for up to 4 each.
- **Linen:** Linen is included in the price.
- **Bathrooms:** All rooms in Lodge are en suite. We offer a disabled toilet and shower on the ground floor.
- **Outdoor:** The Centre is surrounded by beautiful mountain views. There are picnic tables outside and we can provide barbecues on request.
- **Parking:** Free on-site car parking.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted in the bunkhouse or glamping.
