At the heart of the home is a stunning open-plan living, dining and kitchen space. Flooded with natural light through a full glass frontage, this impressive room opens via sliding doors onto a sheltered, sea-facing garden, seamlessly blending indoor and outdoor living. A large dining table seating 12+, generous sofas and a well-equipped kitchen with range cooker and modern appliances make it ideal for entertaining, from leisurely breakfasts to sunset drinks.

A separate snug/TV room provides a cosy retreat, complete with large corner sofa, while thoughtful touches such as a log burner, Sonos system, books and games create a warm and welcoming atmosphere year-round.

The house offers five thoughtfully designed bedrooms, four with captivating sea views. The principal suite features a super-king bed, en suite and private balcony with breathtaking coastal views. A four-poster king room also enjoys balcony access, alongside a charming double room and a spacious twin. The bunk room, with a double lower bunk and playful eaves area, is perfect for children or additional guests. Multiple bathrooms, including one with a freestanding bath and another with a large walk-in shower, add to the comfort.

Outside, the private garden offers a peaceful setting with barbecue, direct beach access and a secluded seating area—perfect for enjoying the sunset. Parking for three cars is available.
