Saham Grove Hall is a grand 10/11 bedroom Victorian property, which sleeps 24 people with a further two daybeds available. It is packed with original features, open fires, pool table, a games room and a dining table that sits 20 people.

The house is situated down a long private driveway, and surrounded by four acres of beautifully kept gardens and grounds - more than enough space to entertain the whole group with garden games and even a spot of tennis. Additionally, Saham Grove Hall has a hot tub to help soak away the stresses of everyday life and several entertainment spaces including a pool table and board games- something for everyone.

Saham Grove Hall is perfectly nestled within the Norfolk countryside, allowing for relaxation and unwinding with your friends and family. Saham Grove Hall is approximately 30 minutes from Norwich and under an hour to Blakeney Point on the North Norfolk Coast - the perfect spot for seal watching! For the more adventurous, Thetford forest is approximately 20 minutes away, offering countless long walks, mountain biking and even some high rope courses.

The house backs onto a farmyard, which is busy in spring and at harvest times.
