Saham Grove Hall is a large country house in Norfolk sleeping up to 28 guests across 11 bedrooms, set within four acres of private gardens and grounds. The house is ideal for family gatherings, celebrations and group holidays, offering a range of leisure facilities including a hot tub, outdoor swimming pool (available from 1 April to 1 October), tennis court and games room.

The house is full of character with original features, open fireplaces and spacious living areas designed for groups to spend time together comfortably. The large dining table seats up to 20 guests, making group meals and celebrations easy to organise, and the kitchen is fully equipped for self catering or private catering.

Guests can enjoy a range of indoor and outdoor activities during their stay. The games room includes a pool table, and there are multiple lounges providing space for socialising as well as quieter areas to relax. Outside, the tennis court, hot tub and swimming pool provide plenty of entertainment, while the surrounding gardens offer space for outdoor games and group activities.

The house is located in the Norfolk countryside around 30 minutes from Norwich and within easy reach of the North Norfolk coast. Blakeney Point, famous for its seal colonies, is under an hour away, and Thetford Forest is around 20 minutes away for walking, cycling and outdoor activities.

Saham Grove Hall is particularly well suited to family celebrations, group holidays and countryside escapes for larger groups. Please note the house backs onto a working arable farm, and guests may occasionally hear farm activity during seasonal periods such as planting and harvest.
