Salcombe Farm sleeps up to 22 guests across 4 properties:

The Recording Studios and The Stables together sleep 14 (known collectively as The Barn) plus 4 trundle beds for additional guests
The Recording Studios sleeps 8 (plus 4 trundle beds for additional guests)

Overlooking the pretty Salcombe Estuary, this is a truly special retreat with flexible space for any occasion.

Living areas inside The Recording Studios and The Stables are open plan, spacious and beautifully designed, perfect for bringing together 3 generation families and friends. The main kitchen in The Recording Studios features all essential appliances including a range cooker and dishwasher. Smaller and equally well equipped is The Stables kitchen.

Everyone can eat together inside or out, with a long table for 18 in The Recording Studios and bi-fold doors opening onto the terrace. The Stables has its own outdoor space, French doors opening onto a smaller terrace, lovely for a quiet morning coffee. Unwind in the open plan living spaces and chill out on squashy sofas enjoying panoramic views through big picture windows. Fire up the barbecue, or enjoy a sunset drink in the garden, and take a relaxing dip in the luxury hot tub.

Each bedroom is a sanctuary — dual height ceilings, serene tones, and luxurious linens create a restful atmosphere, while marble-lined en suites add a touch of indulgence. 2 bedrooms in The Barn are on the lower ground floor, helpful for young families or grandparents.

The Treehouse and Cabin are separate from the other accommodation, charming romantic havens for a couple and those after a quiet corner - but still close enough to the party.

Just a 15 minute stroll along pretty country lanes brings you to some lovely restaurants on the edge of Salcombe. Wander another 10 minutes and you’ll be right in the heart of town, surrounded by cosy cafes, great pubs and restaurants, all set against the stunning backdrop of Devon's beautiful Salcombe Estuary. Fantastic walks on the South West Coastal Path take hikers to delights including Hope Cove and Bolberry Down, and there are plenty of sandy child-friendly beaches in the area.
