The Recording Studios sleeps 8 and includes a large, fully equipped kitchen with a range cooker and long dining table for 18 – perfect for group meals or brainstorming sessions. The Stables sleeps 6 and has its own smaller kitchen and terrace for quieter conversations or coffee breaks. There are 2 ground floor bedrooms for easy access. Both properties feature open plan living, flooded with natural light through panoramic windows framing estuary views. Bi-fold doors lead onto a terrace ideal for al fresco dining, breakout sessions, or evening drinks. After a productive day, delegates can relax in the hot tub, enjoy a barbecue, or gather around the firepit as the sun sets over the hills. For additional privacy, The Treehouse and The Cabin each sleep two and make excellent executive suites or accommodation for facilitators. When it’s time to unwind, a 15 minute stroll brings you to restaurants on the edge of Salcombe, with the town centre just 10 minutes further for lively pubs, cafés, and coastal charm.
