In an idyllic location overlooking the Sound Of Mull, this amazing family holiday house by the pier couldn't be more perfect for an extended family or friends meet up. The Salen Pier Point and Haven on the water's edge at the end of the pier provide extra accommodation for larger groups, more luxury open plan living with the best of sea views.

Salen Pier House makes the most of its setting, with large picture windows from floor to ceiling and French doors bringing the outside in. The conservatory is light-filled, a special place for relaxing with loved ones around the sociable dining table, watching the sun set over a few glasses of wine. From the 6 person hot tub on the verandah, enjoy the sounds of the sea below and watch the boats go by.

There are areas for sitting outside at each of the properties, lovely spots for a coffee or a night cap. And for somewhere cosy to relax after supper, sink into the lounge sofas and light the wood burner. Kitchens are fully equipped for cooking a group meal although there are catering options available for guests who want to relax after a busy day out exploring this picturesque island. The local hotel is just a 15 minute stroll away for a pub lunch and a few drinks.

Keen birdwatchers can keep an eye out for puffins and sea eagles, and for walkers there are nearby circular walks or head further to Benmore and the Tobermory Lighthouse. Water sport enthusiasts can kayak or paddleboard, with plenty of opportunities for open water swimming too.

Bedrooms in the house offer a combination of super kings, twins (zip and link) and singles, with 3 bedrooms on the ground floor in the House. 2 suites upstairs each have Juliet balconies looking out over The Sound, a small sofa, TV and en suite. There are bathroom facilities on each floor. In Pier Point there are 2 bedrooms, super kings or twins with zip and link beds, and a super king or twin in The Haven, allowing for 6 additional visitors.
