## About The Property

Saughy Rigg is a very large comfortable barn conversion with character and luxury in equal measure. The large spacious lounge and bar are fantastic for socialising whilst the huge dining room makes a special occasion of every meal. The property is heated by a mixture of biomass and ground source heat pump with the hot water heated by solar panels all making its carbon footprint very small indeed.

Saughy Rigg has 11 bedrooms, all have ensuite bathrooms with showers. One room has a bath.

Saughy Rigg Farm makes an ideal base for exploring our beautiful area. Hadrian's Wall is less than a mile from the house and the whole of the famous Hadrian's Wall National Trail can be walked from our door with the help of the Hadrian's wall bus service. If you wish to tour the Roman sites the most important ones are within 4 miles of the house.

Further afield there is the amazing Northumberland coast with all its splendid castles and the Lake District and south west Scotland are all within 1.5 hours drive.

## Booking Information

- Prices exclude bank holidays, please enquire for these rates. We require a 20% deposit to secure a booking, full payment required 2 weeks prior to arrival. The building is available from 2pm on the day of arrival to 11am on departure day.
