Perfect for family holidays, getting together with a group of friends for a weekend by the coast, or for celebrating a special occasion. The house has beautifully proportioned rooms, lots of light and plenty of space for a large group. The dining table can seat 18 comfortably and the kitchen has everything needed to cater for a large group.  The 8 bedrooms are spacious, comfortable and individually styled, many of them en suite and the others having their own private bathroom. They are either double or twin rooms. The adjoining annex has a separate double room, available for a small extra charge as an option. There is also dining space in the lower hall for an additional 8. Outside, there is an enclosed courtyard and separate extensive terracing. The house sits in its own private nine acres of grounds. There's also table tennis in the annex room. Scaldbeck House is within walking distance of Morston Harbour for seal trips and sight seeing. Morston Hall (Michelin star restaurant) is 200m away and the Morston Anchor Inn for family meals is 300m away. There are uninterrupted views over the coast, stunning wildlife, especially in Winter, coastal walks from the door, and golf and other sports available along the coast. Norfolk is also home to many historic houses and fascinating gardens, and great cafes, restaurants and shopping can be found at Holt and Burnham Market, as well as Norwich inland. Dedicated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the North Norfolk Coast is a must to visit and Scaldbeck House sits in a prime spot right in the middle of it! If your group is larger, there's a second cottage sleeping 6 about 1 mile away which can be hired for additional guests.
