The Sea, The Sea is designed to be a family home with plenty of space for the family to escape and submerge indoors and out; find adventures on the edge of the ocean, relax with books whilst enjoying views of the ever-changing sea.

Please note this is a private family home in a residential area - this is not a party house or single-sex group house. Please respect our neighbours - no fireworks and no noise outside after 10pm (inside by 10.30pm).

Situated on a private beach estate, with direct access to the beach, this holiday house and annexe near Goring-by-Sea can happily sleep up to 11 family members. There is a private driveway for 4 cars.

The tidal beach is excellent in any season for families, friends and dogs to create memories. Experience the power of the sea at high tide as you stroll along the Greensward and look upon it from safety. You can explore the low tide rock pools, crab hunt and walk along the sand flats. One can stroll peacefully exploring the coastline from here to Worthing, Littlehampton or Brighton.

Enjoy alfresco dining on the terrace lit by fairy lights, feeling the ocean breeze. Or choose the delicious and famous Blue Bird Cafe 3 mins walk away where you can enjoy fresh beach classics which will warm any heart.

Come and live the homestay dream within this coastal sanctuary. It is any family and friends' dream trip with private access to the ocean on your doorstep, cosy pubs and cafes close by. There are also inspiring and unforgettable trips slightly further afield - try paddle-boarding, kayaking or kite surfing with lessons in Littlehampton.

Angmering on Sea is just a 20 min walk out of the private gate along the Greensward and coastline. The village is charming and quaint with all you need to enjoy an evening out without travelling.

Chichester for Goodwood races, the Festival of Speed and step into the 12th-century cathedral and explore the history within the city.

Arundel 15 mins drive away has incredible River Arun walks, antique shops to roam and the magnificent castle itself. Take the children to the Wildfowl & Wetlands Trust and the fun at Fontwell Park Racecourse.

The Casita (annexe): 1 king bedroom.

- **Bathrooms:** Master en suite, family bathroom, single separate WC.
Downstairs there's a family shower room and WC.
Annexe (Casita): shower room.

- **Swimming Pool:** There is no pool but the sea is moments away.
