Sea View Manor, a large holiday house near Mundesley on the north Norfolk coast, sleeps up to 22 guests and is perfect for the ultimate holiday, party or small wedding or other celebration. With amazing facilities and plenty of space to spread out, the house lends itself to gatherings of multi generational families, groups of friends, special occasion weekends and big birthdays. At Sea View Manor we have thought of everything to make your stay with us unforgettable.

Spend the day on the beach or surfing, exploring beautiful Norfolk and its charming coastal towns or the Norfolk Broads, or enjoy a round of golf. Or you may not wish to leave Sea View Manor at all - in which case there's an outdoor swimming pool and hot tub, as well as a games room with a pool table for entertainment. And at the end of the day gather round the firepit, or head to the outside dining area, which can seat 30, to enjoy glorious sunset dinners outside on the terrace listening to the waves. There's a barbecue and pizza oven and huge amounts of fridge space to make life easy.

2 vast kitchens, for use in either summer or winter, offer great facilities for self catering. You can play your own music straight from your iPhone via the 4 independent sound systems. The large drawing room has 2 separate zones, 1 for watching TV and the other for enjoying a quieter moment next to the fire.

All of our beds are hotel standard, and the single beds can be zipped together to form a superking where room size allows. 8 bedrooms sleep 20 guests, with a sofa bed for 2 extras too. Most have sea views, and one is at ground floor level with a wet room for those less mobile.

Parking for at least 20 cars on the secure gated drive.

Large ground floor bedroom with a wet room which is on the same level as the summer kitchen; however there is one step down to the drawing room.

WiFi

Starlink is at the property which means we benefit from fast WiFi. With speakers throughout the ground floor and garden you can play your own sounds.

Kitchen

2 fully equipped kitchens, 1 for the summer and 1 for winter with a cosy fire.

Dining Room

There are 2 dining areas inside the property and seating for up to 30 guests beside the pool.

Sitting Room

The drawing room with its large bay windows looks out to sea. There are 2 distinct areas, 1 in front of the fire and another for TV viewing.

TV and Music Facilities

There is a large TV which has all the movies and sports in the drawing room, and another is located in the winter kitchen above the cassette log fire.

Games Room

There is a games room at Sea View Manor with a pool table for guests to enjoy.

Heating and Open Fires

Our heating and hot water is plentiful, and we have fires in the winter kitchen and drawing room.

Bedrooms

1 emperor, 1 superking/twin, 1 x 4 poster king, 1 double, 2 twin, 2 family rooms - 1 SK + bunks, 1 with SK/twin and 2 singles. 2 family en suites.

Linen

All of our linen is luxury hotel standard, and we provide towels and pool towels.

Bathrooms

All newly refurbished to a very high standard. Underfloor heating, mood lighting, wet rooms and rain showers.

Children's Facilities

We can provide up to 2 cots and 1 high chair. Please note that there is no gate around the pool area.

Outdoor

The side and back terrace looks over the sea, a garden gate leads down to the blue flag sandy beach. There are sun loungers, firepit, bbq, pizza oven.

Swimming Pool

10 x 5 metre heated swimming pool, 1.5 metres deep and overlooking the sea.

Parking

There is plenty of parking to the front and side of the property, which is secured by an electric gate.

Smoking

We do not allow smoking at the property.

Location

We are located at the top of the village of Mundesley on the corner of Vale Road. On the north Norfolk coast between Cromer and Happisburgh.

Mundesley is a few minutes away in the car, Cromer approx 20 mins.
There is a Tesco in Mundesley, Co-op and Morrisons in Cromer, Waitrose in North Walsham.
A fabulous pub with a huge outside terrace overlooking the beach, The Ship Inn also has a fish and chip shop. Thai and Chinese takeaway (offers gluten free), ice cream shop and various cafes.
Norwich is the nearest airport, there is also 2 local airfields for those with light aircraft.
Gunton station (3 miles) and Cromer station.
There is a bus stop directly outside of the property on either side of the road.
