The foreshore is privately owned so guests are welcome to bring boats, kayaks and SUPs to launch.
Seaflowers is a spacious family holiday home with living areas overlooking the estuary, the large windows making the most of the stunning views. The fully equipped kitchen, with a washing machine and dryer too, is perfect for preparing meals for the whole group. The dining table inside is the ideal setting for a long dinner catching up with friends and family. A barbecue outside on one of 2 terraces is an easy choice for al fresco dining, with plenty of outside furniture allowing you to relax and enjoy the backdrop. The lounge is a lovely chill out room with comfy sofas, a TV and yet more spectacular views.
Three of the five bedrooms on the ground floor have direct French door access to the terrace. For a family, The Gull and The Puffin king rooms can connect via an adjoining hallway. The first floor suite has a king bedroom, adjoining twin bedroom, separate cot room and a private staircase, ideal for a family of 4-5. All bedrooms are en suite with luxury Jacuzzi baths and freestanding showers. They are each beautifully styled with Bert & Bouy homeware, and themed with bright coastal soft furnishings, including a bespoke commission by Bert Fowler in the central space.
Devon's South Hams is a glorious area to explore at any time of year. Dartmouth and Salcombe both offer a great day out, with award winning beaches and water sports opportunities, as well as a good selection of pubs and restaurants. Torquay and the English Riviera can be reached in under an hour and Dartmoor is only 30 minutes away for outdoor enthusiasts. The small market town of Kingsbridge is close by, with a great estuary position and on the South West Coastal Path, ideal for walkers and those who like sailing.
