## About The Property

Enjoying a fabulous beachfront setting in the quiet seaside area of Bakoven in Cape Town, Seahorse sleeps 8 and offers a luxurious stay for a family holiday - a private retreat in an exciting coastal area and close to Camps Bay which is a 15 minute walk.

Seahorse is spread over 2 levels, with open plan living and large windows inviting the outside in. Glorious artworks adorn the villa, which is simply decorated to create a chilled beach vibe. The comfortable relaxed living area offers quiet tucked away spaces for a moment of peace, a cosy wood burning stove and rugs for chillier evenings, and plenty of reading material. There is also a separate lounge on the first floor with large television.  The outdoor dining table invites long lunches and dinners stretching into the night.  There is also a dining area inside should the nights be chilly.

Outside it's a matter of a couple of steps to the sand of Beta Beach, a beautiful secluded cove surrounded by giant boulders and with inviting calm, blue waters. There are sun loungers on the upper deck (please keep an eye on children here) and those seeking shade can sit on the below deck with awnings to keep you cool.  Soak in the hot tub and relish the extraordinary views over the sea. Spend your days relaxing, swimming, on the beautiful beach, and when evening falls enjoy sundowners at the private bar while the sun sets in style over the sea.

Bedrooms are calm spaces with soft linens and air conditioning to promote good sleep. Bathrooms are plentiful, and there's an outside shower too off one of the bedrooms for washing away the sand from between your toes.

Lively Camps Bay is a short walk away, with restaurants, cafes and boutiques, and the buzz of Cape Town's Atlantic Seaboard, with its vibrant nightlife and stunning scenery, is on the doorstep. The Twelve Apostles Mountain range sits behind the villa, a magnificent backdrop.

Please note that this is a quiet residential area - please respect our neighbours and keep noise levels low.

- **Accessibility:** There are several steps into and around the property. One en suite bedroom is at ground floor level.
- **Hot Tub:** Hot tub on terrace. Please note there is an additional cost for this if your booking is less than 7 nights. Please do not use after 11pm.

- **Outdoor:** Hot tub, shaded seating areas and sun loungers. Beach bar and dining area. Weber BBQ. Direct access to the beach.
