Seamark is a unique and much-loved seaside retreat in East Wittering, affectionately known as “the castle” for its charming turreted exterior. Perfect for family gatherings or relaxed stays with friends, this beautifully renovated home sleeps up to 10 guests and combines stylish interiors with a superb coastal location just moments from the beach.

Set in a quiet residential area, Seamark is ideally placed for enjoying everything the Witterings have to offer. East Wittering village, with its cafés, restaurants and shops, is just a short walk away, while the white sands of West Wittering can be reached via a scenic half-hour stroll along the coastal path. The surrounding coastline offers endless opportunities for walking, swimming and watersports, with Chichester and Portsmouth both within easy reach for great days out.

At the heart of the home is a bright and sociable open-plan kitchen, dining and living space, designed for relaxed group living. Comfortably seating up to 10 guests, this space opens directly onto a private, south-facing garden, creating an easy indoor-outdoor flow. A wood-burning stove adds warmth and atmosphere in cooler months, making Seamark a welcoming year-round escape. A second sitting room with TV offers a quieter space to unwind, while a practical utility room with walk-in shower and outdoor access is perfect for sandy feet and returning from the beach with children and dogs.

Outdoor living is a real highlight. The enclosed garden is ideal for al fresco dining, sunbathing and safe play, while a striking roof terrace accessed via a spiral staircase provides a unique elevated viewpoint with sea glimpses—perfect for sunset drinks.

Upstairs, four well-appointed bedrooms offer flexible accommodation. The master bedroom features a super king bed with garden views and en suite bathroom. A second king room also benefits from an en suite shower room, while a twin room and a bunk room share a spacious family bathroom with bath and shower.

Seamark also benefits from off-street parking for 3–4 cars and is a pet-friendly property. Please note: during July and August, bookings are for a minimum of 7 nights with a Friday changeover day.
