Sedgeford Hall can sleep up to 30 guests across The Main Hall (15) and West Wing (15), available individually or interconnected to sleep a total of 30. 

Sedgeford Hall is the perfect setting for celebrations and weddings, and for gatherings of family and friends for a holiday or reunion weekend. With a total of 14 beautifully decorated bedrooms, 3 well-equipped kitchens (including a range cooker), cosy log burners, an indoor heated swimming pool and beautiful gardens, this is a very special destination. And there's plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and for the children of the group to play. Set within 1200 acres, the Hall has glorious views over parkland towards the lake and woodland beyond. 

The West Wing has 7 bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen and spacious living area, all combining traditional features with modern conveniences, and extensive lawns where there's a private bar.

The more traditional part of the house in the Main Hall also offers 7 individually designed bedrooms. There's a formal drawing room, an impressive dining room for events and celebrations and a cosy sitting room. The snooker room in this part of the house is a great addition for evening fun, and the library and conservatory provide other options for a large group. An al fresco dining area and barbecue provide alternatives in the lovely gardens.

Just a few miles from the beautiful North Norfolk coast with huge sandy beaches and vast open skies, close to splendid towns such as Holt and Burnham Market, and stunning stately homes, including Houghton Hall and Holkham. There are many family attractions nearby, as well as the Sandringham Estate.

Two dogs welcome per property - fixed charge ÂŁ20 per stay. We kindly ask they remain downstairs and not left unattended.

West Wing: TV/DVD player in the sitting room. Hall: TV/DVD player in kitchen. CD player.

Heating and Open Fires

Centrally heated - no charge for heating. Open fires or log burner in all. One basket of logs is included, more can be bought.

W.Wing: 3 king (1 with single), double, 4 poster, 2 twin. Hall: king with single, 2 double, 4 twin.

Linen

Bed linen provided throughout - towels are provided in both properties. Please bring your own swimming towels.

Bathrooms

Some en suite, other bathrooms shared between 2 bedrooms. Showers and separate baths available.
