Sedgeford Hall is an exceptional Norfolk venue for business gatherings, team retreats and private corporate events, offering a unique blend of elegance, comfort and space. Set within 1200 acres of beautiful parkland with views stretching towards a tranquil lake and woodland, the hall provides an inspiring and peaceful environment where colleagues can connect, collaborate and relax. The excellent facilities at Sedgeford Hall make it an outstanding destination for memorable business events.

Located just a few miles from the stunning North Norfolk coast, Sedgeford Hall is close to charming towns including Holt and Burnham Market, with notable estates including Houghton Hall, Holkham Hall and the Sandringham Estate also nearby.

The Hall can accommodate up to 30 guests across 14 individually designed bedrooms, split between the Main Hall and the West Wing, each sleeping 15 guests. These areas can be booked separately or interconnected, allowing flexible use for meetings, executive retreats or larger company events. Guests enjoy access to 3 well equipped kitchens including a range cooker, cosy log burners, an indoor heated swimming pool, outdoor sauna and generous gardens with an outdoor dining area and barbecue. Extensive lawns surround the West Wing and lead to a distinctive corten steel firepit area with a private bar, ideal for informal networking, evening drinks or relaxed team gatherings.

In the Main Hall, a formal drawing room and impressive dining room create an excellent setting for presentations, dinners or celebrations, while the cosy sitting room provides a comfortable space for smaller group discussions. The snooker room adds a sociable element for evening entertainment and the library and conservatory offer quiet corners for conversation or breakout sessions.

Outside caterers can be hired in for business events. We also work with a range of other providers so please get in touch with any other requirements for your business event.

- **Dog Friendly:** Two dogs welcome per property - fixed charge £20 per stay. We kindly ask they remain downstairs and not left unattended.
- **WiFi:** WiFi is available.
- **Accessibility:** Bedrooms and bathrooms on ground floor. Access to both parts of the Hall have some steps.
- **Swimming Pool:** Magnificent indoor heated swimming pool with changing facilities, shower room and pool side seating area. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
- **Sauna:** Outdoor sauna experience - with an outdoor shower too.
- **Games Room:** The Main Hall boasts a snooker room.
- **Kitchen:** West Wing: elec. range oven, dining table. Main Hall: Aga with electric module. Dishwashers in both.
- **Dining Room:** West Wing dining table seats 14. Hall separate dining room can fit 30 if the whole Hall is booked and table for 10 in the kitchen.
- **Sitting Room:** West Wing: cosy seating, log burner. Hall: sofa in kitchen with TV, separate drawing room with fire.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** West Wing: TV/DVD player in the sitting room. Hall: TV/DVD player in kitchen. CD player.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Centrally heated - no charge for heating. Open fires or log burner in all. One basket of logs is included, more can be bought.
- **Bedrooms:** W.Wing: 3 king (1 with single), double, 4 poster, 2 twin. Hall: king with single, 2 double, 4 twin.
- **Linen:** Bed linen provided throughout - towels are provided in both properties. Please bring your own swimming towels.
- **Bathrooms:** Some en suite, other bathrooms shared between 2 bedrooms. Showers and separate baths available.
- **Children's Facilities:** Indoor heated swimming pool - children must be accompanied by an adult. High chair and cot in each property.
- **Outdoor:** Each part of the property has beautiful enclosed gardens. The properties are amongst 1200 acres of woods, parkland and lakes. Al fresco dining space.
- **Parking:** There is ample parking.
- **Smoking:** Smoking is not permitted.
