The lovely house provides 11 en suite bedrooms sleeping up to 35. The house is perfect for family reunions and celebrations. Children are very welcome. The Victorian covered veranda enables guests to enjoy a quiet drink or al fresco dining surrounded by beautiful countryside. The whole group can dine together in the oak paneled dining room. All 11 bedrooms are en suite and each sleep between 2 and 6 people. Extra beds can be added to some bedrooms taking the total capacity of the house to 35. Smaller groups of up to 10 - 14 can have use of 5 bedrooms for a reduced rental. The stunning arched entrance hall with seating in the bay window is the hub of the house. Both the main sitting room and the games room open onto the veranda through French windows and provide superb places for relaxing or socialising. The children can be separate but are nearby! The dining room which can seat the entire gathering with ease with flexible table arrangements.Very well equipped kitchen. The whole ground floor and veranda is fully wheelchair accessible and the 2 ground floor twin rooms each with en suite wetrooms are suitable for people with limited mobility. Ample parking and large garden. Walk directly from the house into the wonderful landscape of the South Downs National Park. The riverside footpath has spectacular views of Arundel Castle and Cathedral and the opportunities for bird watching abound. Drive to the coast in 10 minutes or visit the dynamic Roman city of Chichester just 10 miles away with its exclusive shopping, historic cathedral, award winning modern art gallery and new museum. The house is in a peaceful and tranquil location yet is only a mile from the A27 and Arundel Railway Station. Trains from London take 1.5 hours. Walk to Arundel along the riverside footpath in 20 minutes. The ancient town of Arundel has a castle, museum, riverside cafes and many restaurants and shops. Five miles from the beach. Ideal for large group get-togethers of any kind: family, friends, business, yoga, music etc. Well placed for Goodwood racecourse and motor racing track (20 minutes drive). ## Facilities - **WiFi:** Wi-Fi throughout the house. - **Accessibility:** All the ground floor is level for wheelchair access.
