Seignosse Villa is nestled in the forest only 500 metres from Seignosse Océan village which hosts many wonderful shops and a variety of restaurants, and it is near a fabulous sandy beach. Seignosse Océan is located in the south west of France, between Bayonne and Dax, in the Nouvelle Aquitaine region.
Seignosse Villa is fully equipped to make your holiday a happy and comfortable one. Sleeping up to 16 guests in 6 bedrooms and a mezzanine floor and loft ideal for children, there's a large sitting room with comfy seating for everyone and a dining table seating 14. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need to cater for a large group.
Outside, there's a great verandah overlooking the pool and forest. It is a wonderful spot to relax with a cold beer, glass of a good Bordeaux wine or morning coffee and watch the beautiful birdlife evolve in front of you. There's a fenced swimming pool too, with sun loungers around the pool and ready for you to use. We heat the pool during the months April to end May and September (if chilly) to November. (Please request should you require the pool to be heated outside our stipulated months. There is a gazebo next to the swimming pool where you can escape the sun and relax with a good book on a comfy chair. There's also a sauna for your use (no children please - use at your own risk).
We keep a small selection of surf-boards for the beginner surfer. However, we do work with a local surf company, Wawasurfschool in Seignosse, should you wish to hire professional boards, hire wetsuits or learn to surf. Or, if you would like to peddle through the forest, we will help you to hire bikes from Jerries Bike hire in Seignosse Océan Village.
Next to the village of Seignosse-Océan is an amazing waterpark, skateboard park and play park for your children to enjoy. For trips a little further afield, try Bordeaux within about 1.5 hours, or Biarritz around 30 minutes away.
