Gardeners Cottage, an old estate stone cottage, is a little further again; and sleeps 6 in two doubles, both with their own vanity units and one twin with bathroom and shower room.
Both cottage kitchens have all the mod cons. There is also a sitting room with TV, video and log burner and a dining room with stereo and a large table. The gardens are very large and private.
Herefordshire has been described as being one of the two most desirable counties in England. Indeed with its rolling hills and lack of population, it is a tranquil place for a holiday of relaxation. There is, however, lots to do; the Hay Festival (the country's primary literary gathering) is in the first week of June, the Ludlow Arts Festival during June and July and the Ludlow Food Festival in mid-September.
