Shorthorn, a luxury four-bedroom cottage at Greenbank Barns, is perfect for your group getaway. Nestled in the Yorkshire countryside between Richmond and Barnard Castle, this spacious cottage features a games room with a pool table, a private hot tub and beautiful views over Holmedale Valley.

The open-plan kitchen and dining area is the heart of the home, with a stylish breakfast bar, informal dining table and comfy seating. Large patio doors open to the south-facing garden, ideal for alfresco dining with a BBQ. The well-equipped kitchen caters for up to 8 people and, for special occasions, private dining with partner chefs is available. The ground-floor games room offers a pool table, widescreen TV and comfy seating, perfect for family fun. Glass doors open to the snug sitting room with a log-burning stove, a second TV and stunning views of the private gardens.

Shorthorn has four luxury bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The master bedroom features a fixed king-size bed and a large en-suite bathroom with an overhead shower. Bedroom two offers a king-size bed that can be split into twins and an en-suite with a shower. Bedroom three, on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, which can be split into twins, and an en-suite shower room. Bedroom four, also on the ground floor, has a king-size bed, which can be split into twins, and a house bathroom next door.

The private gardens feature an infinity wall leading down to a large paddock with stunning views. The Jacuzzi-style hot tub provides a perfect spot to unwind after a day of exploring. Whether relaxing in the gardens or enjoying the spacious interiors, Shorthorn offers everything for a memorable group retreat.

## Facilities

- **Dog Friendly:** Guests are welcome to bring up to two dogs with prior arrangement, at a fixed rate of £10 per dog, per night.
- **Accessibility:** The Farmhouse has ample parking, a paved path, and ground-floor access with a small step. Two ground-floor bedrooms with shower rooms.
- **Hot Tub:** The hot tub is prepared for you and will heat up on arrival day. Enjoy safely, keep noise low 10pm-8am, and call us anytime for assistance.
- **WiFi:** Free WiFi available at the property.
- **Bathrooms:** Three of the bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth has access to the main house bathroom.
- **Bedrooms:** There are four luxury bedrooms, all with private bathrooms. Master bedroom is a fixed double, each of the other rooms split into twins.
- **Children's Facilities:** Travel cot and high chair can be provided at the property. Please ask in advance.
