Nestled within 3000m² of private gated mature grounds, this certified 4-star property offers the rare opportunity to house up to 15 guests in total comfort at the heart of the Parc Naturel Régional des Pyrénées Ariégeoises.

Skycircuitvilla is perfectly positioned for families and friends who want to experience the peaceful, wild Pyrenees without sacrificing the convenience of small town life. The villa is located in a prime "walk-to-everything" spot between the historic gems of Saint Lizier and Saint Girons. You have immediate access to supermarkets, artisanal cheese shops, or a coffee at a sidewalk cafe, allowing for a completely car-free daily experience. And yet the high peaks, landmarks and ski station are all within short easy reach.

Inside, the house spans three floors designed for flexibility. All bedrooms feature brand new hotel-grade beds that can be configured as either large doubles or twin singles. With three bathrooms, four toilets and high-speed fibre WiFi, the space is both functional and charming.

Entertainment is a priority here. The large, heated games room is fully equipped with a pool table (convertible to ping-pong), babyfoot, air hockey, and its own bar. Outside, you can enjoy the south-facing raised terrace overlooking the grounds or take a dip in the raised swimming pool during the summer months.

The villa is a paradise for active groups. As the basecamp for our professional road cycling business, you are at the epicentre of world-class Road, MTB and Gravel circuits, including legendary Tour de France climbs like Core, Agnes and Portet d’Aspet. Families will love the nearby "Velosud" cycle path for easy, car-free outings. Beyond cycling, the area is a hub for paragliding, white water rafting, canyoning, climbing, caving and hiking.

- **Accessibility:** All guests will need to be able to manage stairs in order to benefit from all the facilities in this property.
- **WiFi:** Fast Fibre WiFi with repeaters to ensure full coverage.
- **Swimming Pool:** 5m x 3.5m unheated raised pool from June to end August.
- **Parking:** Parking for 6 vehicles securely inside fenced property via a powered gate.
- **Linen:** Prices include all bedding and towels for your stay.
- **Bedrooms:** All our beds are hotel-grade separable/combinable units, allowing all rooms to be configured either as 1 double or 2 singles per your preferences.
- **Games Room:** Large games room with a pool table (converts to ping-pong), babyfoot, and air hockey.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** A mix of gas central heating and electric heaters.
- **Smoking:** Outdoors only please. The property is non-smoking/vaping indoors.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Large WiFi-connected TV with pre-installed apps that you can connect to your own accounts. No terrestrial channels.
- **Kitchen:** As an approved 4* property, the kitchen has everything you could need.
- **Everyone Can Dine Together:** We have tables, chairs and wares to comfortably eat together at max capacity 15.

## Booking Information

- Skycircuitvilla can only be booked on an exclusive use basis – individual room bookings are not possible.
- 
- 2 night minimum reservation policy for most of the year, with longer minimum stays during the holiday period.  In July and August it’s a 7 night stay minimum on a Sat-Sat basis.
- 
- In general our personally greeted check-in is from 4pm, with check-out at 11am, but we’re always flexible if there isn’t another group leaving/arriving the same day.
- 
- Animals are not permitted; guests with pet allergies can be assured of a comfortable stay.
