Sleeping Giant Bunkhouse has lots of character, with exposed beams and arrow slits. There's a large dining room able to seat the whole group, and comfy sofas for after dinner socialising. There is also a self-contained apartment adjoining the centre that sleeps up to 3 people and is suitable for small groups or for instructors/leaders. Only 30 minutes from the M4 but surrounded y the spectacular landscape which is the Brecon Beacons National Park, this area is one of world class caving. Other highlights include the National Showcaves of Wales, Dan-yr-Ogof, access to the River Tawe for kayakers, and the highest waterfall in the Brecon Beacons (you can also walk behind it). Riding stables and pony trekking are very close by. Craig-y-Nos Country Park and Castle is within walking distance. There's so much to do in this special part of the country - Sleeping Giant Bunkhouse provides the perfect base for accessing these opportunities for a fantastic weekend away or longer holiday.
