The purpose-built games and cinema room has bi-fold doors opening onto a patio area within an enclosed courtyard.

Smithfield boasts 8 elegant bedrooms which have been furnished to provide flexibility for both families and groups of friends looking for a retreat. The 3 superking beds split into full sized singles for flexibility, while other beds are kings and doubles. There are 3 en suite shower and a further 2 bathrooms.

The large lounge with its luxurious seating, large wall-mounted TV and Lazy Pheasant textiles makes an ideal place to chill out and relax together with views over the rolling landscape.

The bespoke, fully-equipped kitchen and dining area, featuring a wood burning stove, is a great space for entertaining, again with doors leading to the patio area allowing plenty of natural light and bringing the outside indoors. Seating 16, the large polished concrete dining table allows your group to banquet in style.

The enclosed courtyard has a roofed outdoor pavilion with seating for 16 and is equipped with a wood fired pizza oven, American smoker BBQ, charcoal BBQ, infrared heater and lit with festoon smart lights.

All the facilities you could need for your holiday are close at hand: there are 2 grocery shops, a restaurant and bar, ice-cream parlour, cafe, pharmacy, fuel station, hair and beauty salon. The coast and the town of Ayr are both just a few miles away too. The area offers many options for days out - visit the islands, enjoy the culture of Edinburgh or Glasgow, venture into the countryside and explore lochs, woodland and moorland, or get active with great walks, cycling and a choice of golf courses nearby.
