Inside the larger property you’ll find all the charm of a traditional farmhouse with the comfort of a modern home. The open-plan kitchen, dining and living space is the heart of the house - perfect for lazy breakfasts, shared dinners (prepared with the help of a private chef if you wish). A separate snug with a TV offers a quiet space to relax with a good film or a book and cosy evenings by the log burner, while a handy utility room makes longer stays effortless. The Farmhouse works well for couples or 2 young families.

The Dower House offers a blend of period character and modern luxury: high ceilings, soft furnishings, a log burner and all the modern touches that make it easy to unwind. The open-plan living space feels instantly inviting - cook up something delicious in the fully equipped kitchen, gather around the dining table for meals, or stretch out with a glass of wine after a day exploring the hills.

The Butler's Flat is popular with a couple or grandparents wanting their own space - an elegant apartment with the best of period character and modern conveniences.

Bedrooms across the site are super kings (or twins), kings, doubles and family rooms with extra day beds, all with stylish design and comfortable soft furnishings. Getting ready to head out for the day is easy with plenty of bathrooms to go round.

Outdoor areas allow guests to enjoy the peaceful surroundings and Ochil Hill views, and guests can immerse themselves in a farm experience and meet the animals on the complimentary farm tour. There are local walks from the door as well as the Lomond Hills nearby. Coastal walks along the Firth of Forth are 20 minutes away.
