South View Country House is a large holiday near Stratford-upon-Avon sleeping up to 12 guests. The house has a great location in the heart of England, with easy access to the M40, M42, M5 & M6 motorway networks and various rail links - perfect for gathering together family and friends from all areas of the UK for holidays, special occasion weekends or just to spend some time memorable together.

This 6 bedroom, 4 bathroom farmhouse has spectacular far reaching views from every window. The rear patio faces south and is a wonderful suntrap, and the sunsets are truly spectacular.

The superb lounge dining room has a 65" Smart TV and soundbar set up with Netflix, Amazon, iPlayer, Spotify. The state of the art full fibre WiFi runs at an astonishing 500 MBPS so no issue with multiple downloads and streaming.

There's comfy seating for 12 and the dining table also seats 12 so everybody can dine together. The kitchen is well equipped for self catering too. In the very large conservatory there are beer and wine fridges, seating and a further table and chairs. For anyone in your group who finds stairs tricky, there's a downstairs superking (or twin) bedroom and shower room.

The large garden has plenty of space for games with a football net provided. The rear patio is home to a 7 seater hot tub from which you can enjoy incredible views over a drink, and also has a seating area and garden table and chairs for 12 for outdoor dining.

Depending on the time of year and the time you rise there is incredible wildlife to see - owls, deer, rabbits, birds of prey, flocks of geese, pheasants, grouse, doves and an amazing selection of garden birds.

The setting of this house in its large gardens behind gates ensures a feeling of privacy and although rural the local village offers 2 excellent pubs and a village shop. Beautiful and historic Henley-in-Arden just 3 miles away has many great pubs and restaurants including the celebrity chef owned restaurant The Mount. Stratford-upon-Avon, with all the amazing William Shakespeare tourist sites, and Warwick, with its impressive castle, are nearby, both with an abundance of excellent pubs and restaurants and nightlife options.
