St. Andrews Coach Houses is located a 5-minute drive outside St. Andrews and set in the beautiful countryside of Fife, on a working farm. Offering a luxury wellness countryside retreat with 4 self-catered holiday lodges on site and an activity barn to be enjoyed by kids and adults alike.

3 Coach Houses accommodate up to 4 guests each and Priory Lodge, with a hot tub, can accommodate up to 6. In total, we can accommodate 18 guests on site, ideal for birthday celebrations, wedding parties and friend gatherings.

We pride ourselves on quality and stylish interiors and as a small family-run business we will do everything that we can to make your time with us at St. Andrews Coach Houses special.

Dog Friendly

1 small dog in Dukes/Castle Coach House. £60 week/£40 short break. To be kept on lead outside as a working farm. Not to be left in house unattended.

All are wheelchair accessible. Lodge is single storey. Ground floor bedroom and bathroom in each c/house.

Lodge and c/houses have comfy leather sofas. French doors to private patio areas, stunning views. C/houses have open plan living areas.

Activity barn with table tennis, badminton, pool table, basketball net, darts, climbing frame. Push-along toys for younger children.

Heating and Open Fires

Priory Lodge has oil central heating and a wood burner. Electric central heating in coach houses.

Bedrooms

3 in Lodge: 1 king, 2 twins. C/houses: twin on ground floor, king upstairs. Additional foldaway bed at extra charge in The Eden.

Linen

Egyptian cotton linens and fluffy towels provided.

Bathrooms

Lodge: 1 en suite (bath/shower), family shower room. C/houses: power shower downstairs, en suite bath with shower over upstairs.

Children's Facilities

Cot, high chair and stair gate available on request. Please bring your own cot linen.

Outdoor

Lodge: private terrace and 6 seater hot tub. C/houses: private patio with table and chairs for dining. Large shared lawn area ideal for football.

Changeover days are Monday or Friday, except Coach Houses during summer is Saturday and Priory Lodge is Friday

The more energetic amongst your group can enjoy fabulous walking, running and cycling straight from the door, with Fife’s cycle route offering 300 miles of track, quiet country roads and commuter routes in local towns, not to mention impressive and important golf courses. St Andrews is only a 5-minute drive with so much to see and do there. A 40-minute drive will take you to Edinburgh, a city of fabulous shopping, cultural opportunities and lots of options for eating out. A myriad of family-friendly attractions also await, and stunning beaches are sure to be a hit.

Priory Lodge has a private terrace with a 6-seater hot tub and wonderful views. Separated from the coach houses, this lodge offers privacy and seclusion. Enjoying plenty of light and spacious living areas, with beautiful oak floors and quality furnishings, the Lodge has all the ingredients for a restful stay.
