Ground floor bedroom and bathroom in each Coach House.
- **Hot Tub:** Six-person hot tub that is set in a private garden.

- **Kitchen:** All properties fully equipped, with microwave and dishwasher, full range of equipment, crockery and cutlery.
Priory Lodge kitchen has a wine fridge.
- **Dining Room:** Lodge: table next to patio doors to terrace. Seats 8, 12+ buffet style.
c/houses: open plan kitchen/living/dining. Oak extending tables to seat 8.
- **Sitting Room:** Lodge and c/houses have comfy leather sofas. French doors to private patio areas, stunning views. c/houses have open plan living areas.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Smart TV's in all properties Living rooms, LCD colour TVs with Freeview, DVD.

C/houses: power shower downstairs, ensuite bath with shower over upstairs.
