Overlooking the Devon and Cornwall coastline, this fully licensed venue enjoys open sea views that create a beautiful backdrop for ceremonies, celebrations and photographs. Whether you choose to exchange vows in the house with the ocean behind you, gather for drinks on the lawns as the sun sets, or simply wander the grounds to enjoy the scenery with family and friends, the setting adds something special to the day.

The venue suits both smaller, intimate celebrations and larger gatherings, with space for your ceremony, reception and time together afterwards all in one place. There’s freedom to plan a wedding that feels personal, whether that’s a single day event or a relaxed staycation celebration with your closest people. Catering can be arranged with a local supplier of your choice, with food prepared on site. And there’s a fully licensed bar available, with your celebration taking place around the pool.

St Anne’s House is also home to a few friendly residents. Alpacas Delboy, Rodney and Denzil, along with Penny the Shetland pony, often make an appearance and are always popular with guests and photographers alike. The site is pet friendly too, so well-behaved dogs are welcome to join in the celebrations.

St Anne’s House allows you to turn your wedding into a shared getaway. On-site accommodation is available for up to 38 guests (in the main house, annexe and glamping units), making it easy for everyone to stay together and enjoy the full experience. - A deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance is due 30 days before arrival. A refundable damage deposit will be taken.
