## About The Property

The St Katharine is a unique and special boat to stay on, with excellent service. An historic former Fleet Tender of the Royal Navy, the St Katharine is today transformed into a beautiful 80ft motor yacht with 5 cabins with either en suite or private bathrooms.

The boat has spacious decks, with facilities for up to 10 guests, and is located in lively surroundings, only 100 metres from Cafe del Mar Barcelona Club, only 10 minutes from the centre of Barcelona and 200m from the beach. Excellent if you are coming for a Stag/Hen party or visiting Barcelona with a group of friends.

Guests rent the whole boat, exclusive use and on a self-catering basis, so you can enjoy all the facilities on and below deck with privacy guaranteed!

The St Katharine is moored in a vibrant marina of Barcelona, at the end of Avenida Diagonal, next to Cafe del Mar Barcelona Club and the beach, and just 10 tube minutes from the heart of the city. You can relax on board in the Jacuzzi after a busy day/ exciting night and enjoy life on the waterfront.

Enjoy luxury double cabins with aircon and en suite bathrooms, the cozy salon with TV, DVD and hifi system and a well equipped galley/kitchen. In total there are 5 double cabins, one with a sofa bed in the en suite area for an 11th guest, and 4 bathrooms on the boat. All cabins have a flat screen with DVD, central heating, air-conditioning, safe deposit box and small desk.

The galley is well equipped with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, 2 ovens and microwave and has everything you need to make meals for 10 guests.

Relax on the spacious decks with a private Jacuzzi, lounge corner and outside dining area, barbecue and sunbeds.

On board there are self-service chillers and fridges filled with drinks including Cava, wine, beers, soft drinks, water and juices. We have groceries on board to make a lovely breakfast the morning after your arrival.

Free fibre optic WiFi throughout the boat. Free parking for 2 cars.

- **Dog Friendly:** Sorry, due to allergy pets are not allowed.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped kitchen with large fridge, freezer, dishwasher, 2 ovens, microwave, 4 hobs, Nespresso machine, juicer and coffee (filter) machine.
- **Dining Room:** The dining room in the salon has a large table and seating for 10 guests. Outside on deck there is as well a large table with 10 seats around it.
- **Sitting Room:** The sitting area has a comfortable sofa, some chairs and large TV with DVD player and hifi stereo.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** The salon has large TV, DVD player and hifi stereo installation. All the rooms have a plasma screen with DVD player.
- **Games Room:** Over 320 DVDs on the boat for guests to watch.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Air-conditioning and central heating is on board, so nice and cool in the summer and comfortable and warm in winter.
- **Bedrooms:** 5 double cabins with flat screens with DVD, central heating, air-conditioning, safe deposit box and small desk. 3 cabins have en suite bathrooms.
- **Linen:** Bed linen and towels in bathrooms are provided, only the beach towels are at extra cost of 5 Euros per towel for entire stay.
- **Bathrooms:** 4 bathrooms on the boat. 3 bathrooms are private en suite bathrooms for 3 cabins. The last bathroom is for 2 double cabins.
- **Children's Facilities:** No specific facilities for children.
- **Outdoor:** The boat has spacious sundecks with a private Jacuzzi, various sunbeds, lounge and dining area for up to 10/11 guests and barbecue.
- **Swimming Pool:** There is swimming pool at the Cafe de la Mar Barcelona Club, only 100 metres from the St. Katharine.
- **Parking:** Included in the price are 2 secure parking places next to the jetty of the boat.
