The St Leger Rooms form part of the Lady Rothschild Stables complex and can be booked on its own, to sleep 10, or with Gold Cup Rooms and Goodwood for larger groups of up to 24. A very smart luxury apartment overlooking a shared courtyard, this is a great choice for extended family, friends, couples, businesses and hens for a break away or somewhere to celebrate an important milestone birthday, all on a fabulous country estate with activities on offer.

The kitchen diner is the hub for sociable meals together, with a super comfortable lounge for drinks, catching up and gathering to make plans for your stay. Outside, the shared courtyard and communal garden is perfect for barbecues and drinks after dark. The walled garden sun trap is a quiet and tranquil place with a beautiful wild flower display.

The Green Room in the main house is an adults only space offering snooker, pool and bar skittles, open between 10am and 6pm on weekends. And there are plenty of family friendly activities on the estate including a den building experience for children and an activity trail.

The bedroom configuration works well for a mixed age group with a top floor quad room perfect as a space for a children's sleepover or stags and hens. The other rooms are on the ground floor, 2 twins and a king, individually designed with stylish wall art and detail as well as seating areas. Bathrooms are contemporary and spacious with large shower cubicles and one has a bath.

The estate can organise activities including clay pigeon shooting and archery, and there are plenty of opportunities for walking, cycling and bird watching. The family friendly woodland walk and activity trail are a fun way to spend an afternoon discovering all that the Ashton Estate has to offer. There are lots of good pubs close to St Leger Rooms, serving food for a lunch or dinner out. Nene Valley Railway and Hamerton Park Zoo are nearby too.

Bookings need to be a minimum of 2 nights. Flexible with dates subject to availability.
Terms & Conditions of Hire must be read before making a booking. By making a booking you will be deemed to have accepted all our terms.
Check in from 4pm, check out by 10am.
A 30% deposit is required to secure a booking and the balance due 30 days before arrival (bookings of 4 houses or more, balance due 2 months prior to arrival).
