The Stables, dating back to the 15th century, are on our working estate which has been run by our family for over 100 years. Nestled in the peaceful Bran valley surrounded by fields and woods with views of the hills. Explore our spectacular remote hill farm nearby.

Well-behaved dogs welcome by arrangement in advance £20 each. Dogs may be exercised in the woods where there is no livestock.

Kestrel dining room seats up to 32, Kite 12. Hobby and Peregrine kitchens seat 6. Merlin dining table seats 4. 4 highchairs available.

Sitting Room

Each cottage has a spacious, warm sitting room, furnished with sofas and rugs. Opening out onto the patio in Kite and Peregrine.

TV and Music Facilities

Each cottage has a TV with Free-sat. DVD player available on request.

Games Room

Board games, magazines and books are normally provided in each sitting room.

Heating and Open Fires

Electric heating with night storage radiators and convector heaters fitted throughout, inclusive.

Bedrooms

16 bedrooms: 5 king, 4 queen, 2 single, 4 twin, 1 quad. All king bedrooms are en suite- 3 have walk-in wardrobes. Guest beds available on request.

Linen

Comfortable beds with duvets and 2 pillows are made up with fresh linen prior to your arrival. Towels provided.

Bathrooms

7 en suite bathrooms, 3 shared bathrooms, 5 downstairs WCs with washbasins. Shower gel and hairdryers provided.

Children's Facilities

4 travel cots (bedding not supplied)and 4 highchairs available on request in advance.

Outdoor

Each cottage has furnished patio + BBQ. Lawned gardens are set with 5 BBQs. Set on our 350 acre estate. Visit Wales Walkers and Cyclists award.

Available in Llandovery 5 miles away.

Ample gravelled parking outside each cottage. Mobile home/ caravan/ trailer parking £30 (no attachment facilities) by arrangement in advance.
