Starre Manor - A coastal heritage retreat for families and gathered groups.

Starre Manor is a lovingly restored historic estate nestled in the heart of Beer on Devon’s Jurassic Coast. Sleeping up to 12 guests, this elegant coastal retreat blends period architecture, refined interiors and contemporary comfort – perfect for special occasions, mulit-generational stays and long weekends by the sea.

The main house is a spacious property sleeping 10 guests, with elegant living spaces, a card/TV room, games room with pool table and snug room. There's a spacious boot room and a well equipped kitchen that moves to a dining room that seats 12 well.

All bedrooms are spacious with individual character and offer flexible accommodation.  It boasts a four-poster master en suite with a shower room for two and a family bathroom with cast iron bath and together with another family bathroom and a WC/shower room downstairs.

Connected to the estate is Starre Barn, a boutique one bedroom annex hideaway with it own character and charm.  It has its own entrance, and secluded patio. The barn provides additional flexibility for guests wanting a little extra privacy. 

Inside, guests will find high spec finishes, cosy interiors and a striking cast iron bath positioned within the bedroom space for a luxurious boutique hotel feel.

The Manor offers a rare opportunity to stay in Beer's first house built in this quintessentially British fishing village. Beer is perfectly positioned for exploring the Jurassic Coast with beautiful coastal walks, fossil hunting, independent galleries, traditional pubs and exceptional local food all nearby.

- **Electric Vehicle Charging:** 3 EV charge points on site.
- **Outdoor:** Large terrace for al fresco dining, with garden furniture.
- **Kitchen:** Fully equipped with Falcon range, American-style fridge freezer, large wine fridge, bean coffee machine, large island with breakfast bar.

## Booking Information

- Changeover days are a Monday or Friday and bookings can be taken weekly on either of these arrival days. Starre Manor is priced weekly.
- 
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking.
- 
- The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival.
- 
- A security deposit of £1000 is paid with the balance (fully refundable subject to property checks).
- 
- Mid week 4 night stays and 3 night weekend stays are available in low season.  75% of weekly price.
