Stickwick Manor sleeps 12 in 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 4 en suite. A very spacious home with grand reception rooms and spacious bedrooms, 2 with elegant slipper baths in the bedroom. Set over 3 floors, the rooms have charm and character. The dining room has a large walk-in inglenook fireplace and antique mahogany table which can seat 12-14. With additional tables, the room can seat 24. Ideal for special occasions/reunions.

The Manor can interconnect with the Farmhouse to sleep 19 across 10 bedrooms.

Stickwick Farmhouse sleeps 7 in 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite. It has beautiful exposed oak beams, stone features and 2 wood burners, and oozes Devon farmhouse character.

Stickwick Cottage sleeps 5 in 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 en suite. Provides cosy comfortable country style accommodation, and adjoins the Manor.

Wi-Fi in all properties. AA 4 star graded. Pets welcome, long views, fire pit/bbq/outdoor kitchen in toasting shack, rustic play barn (table tennis, pool table, darts, ride on toys, dressing up box), play area (swings, slide, sand pit), farm animals/donkeys, and our Larder Room (stocked with homemade delights (chutneys/preserves/cakes), farm reared bacon and sausages, local food: Dartmoor ice cream, Luscombe fruit juice and high quality ready meals which can be cooked from frozen); village pub just a 10 min walk, free cots, highchairs, stairgates and fire guards, other baby equipment hire available and all set in acres of space; Stickwick is ideal for family/group gatherings of all ages.

Stickwick is less than 2 miles from the A38 and the pretty town of Bovey Tracey, gateway to Dartmoor, with numerous shops, pubs and restaurants. The beaches of Dawlish/Teignmouth are within 7 miles; numerous golf courses within 30 mins drive and Dartmoor with excellent walking and riding.

Rustic play barn with table tennis, darts, pool table, bats and balls, ride-on toys, dressing up box.

Manor - central heating, woodburner, inglenook open fire, Rayburn (oil fired). Farmhouse - central heating, 2 woodburners. Cottage - central heating.

Bedrooms

Manor - 4 superking or twin, 1 twin, 2 singles. Idea for groups of singles. Farmhouse - 2 twin, 1 family. Cottage - 1 twin, 1 family.

Linen

Quality satin stipe cotton linen provided. Beds made up (duvets). Quality white bath/hand towels provided for each guest as well.

Manor - x6 (4 en suite), 2 with slipper baths in the bedrooms. Farmhouse - x2 (1 en suite). Cottage - x2 (1 en suite).
