Stow Manor and the Gardener’s Cottage combined accommodate 18 guests in secluded luxury, with a further 6 guests accommodated on sofa beds.

Stow Manor was launched in summer 2019 and is the newest property in our portfolio at Stowlangtoft Estate, in the heart of the Suffolk countryside. This gorgeous retreat is ideally suited to hosting large gatherings, family parties, special birthdays and anniversaries.

The main house, Stow Manor, is made up of of 7 bedrooms, comprising 3 twin bedrooms, 3 king doubles, and 1 standard double. There are a further 2 bedrooms (a twin and a king double) provided in the Stow Manor guest house, known as the Gardener’s Cottage. All of the bedrooms at this property have private en suite bathrooms.

In addition to beautiful facilities and stunning views, Stow Manor boasts a completely private tennis court, as well as a games room that is separate from both Stow Manor and the Gardener's Cottage. This unique property is set in 2 acres of private gardens.

Mobile signal is strong, depending on your network, at Stow Manor. Alternatively, the WiFi can be used for WiFi calling.

Disabled Facilities

The Gardener's Cottage offers disabled facilities, with level access to both bedrooms, bathrooms and all living accommodation on the ground floor.

Kitchen

Stow Manor includes a large kitchen and a second catering kitchen in the main house. A third full kitchen is provided in the Gardener's Cottage.

Dining Room

The large orangery style dining room at Stow Manor sits 24 people. The Gardener's Cottage also includes a separate dining area for 6 people.

Sitting Room

Stow Manor includes a large formal sitting room, and a second family sitting room. There is a further sitting room in the Gardener's Cottage.

TV and Music Facilities

Smart HD TVs are located in all sitting rooms and the games room. Sky TV, including entertainment, HD and kids packages, is provided on all 4 TVs.

Games Room

A separate games room is provided at Stow Manor, which includes a snooker table, bar area, card table and Sky TV. A full bathroom is also available.

Heating and Open Fires

2 log burners are provided at Stow Manor, covering both sitting rooms.

Bedrooms

9 en suite bedrooms (4 twins, 4 king doubles, 1 standard double) are provided across the main house (7) and Gardener's Cottage (2). All en suite.

Linen

All linens and towels are provided.

Bathrooms

All bedrooms enjoy private en suite bathrooms. A further full bathroom (in the games room) and two WCs (in the main house) are also provided.

Children's Facilities

Cots, high chairs and toys available.

Outdoor

Stow Manor includes a brand new private tennis court and plenty of space for garden games and sports. A hot tub can be rented for a separate fee.

Swimming Pool

No swimming pool is provided. However, a hot tub can be rented for a separate fee.

Parking

Ample, free, off-street parking is provided.

Smoking

No smoking.

Booking Information

Booking may start on any day of the week and there is a 2 night minimum stay. The booking deposit is 25% (minimum £500), with the balance due 30 days prior to arrival. A £500 damage deposit will be pre-authorised.
