Unicorn Barn sleeps 2 - 12 in 6 bedrooms There are 2 king size, 1 double and three twin bedrooms. There are 5 bathrooms/en suites. There is a spacious lounge and dinning with a fully equipped kitchen.

Church Farm Barn sleeps 2 - 12. It has 1 king size, 2 doubles and six single beds. This barn has 4 bathrooms/en suites. There is a spacious lounge, dining and a fully equipped kitchen.

The two barns are next door to one another, and therefore ideal for large groups holidaying together.

Now we also have a new built 3 bedroom on the same site, called Arden House. it sleeps 6-8.

So, we can now accommodate 30-32 people at the same site.

- **Dining Room:** Seats 12 in each barn. 6 in Arden House.
- **Sitting Room:** Lounge with leather sofas with seating for 12-14 in each barn.
- **TV and Music Facilities:** Sony TV, digital, CD player and DVD player.
- **Heating and Open Fires:** Full central heating for your comfort. Unicorn barns has solar heating.
- **Bedrooms:** All bedrooms are spacious, with bathrooms or en suites. A mix of doubles and twins.
- **Linen:** All beds are made up and a set of towels is provided for each guest. Clean linen is provided weekly.
- **Bathrooms:** There are 5 bathrooms in Unicorn Barns and Church Farm Barns has 4, some of which are en suite. Some have roll-top baths.
- **Children's Facilities:** Enclosed and safe gardens for children. Travel cots and high chairs can be provided.
- **Outdoor:** There are 2 hot tubs, enclosed and covered in the garden. Each barn has its own garden with garden furniture and barbecue.
- **Swimming Pool:** We don't have a swimming pool. But each barn has a private hot tub, charged at a nominal price.
- **Parking:** Room for 13 cars. we have extra parking next door.
- **Smoking:** No smoking permitted in the property. You can smoke in the gardens.

## Booking Information

- We offer short breaks and any changeover day. Prices range from £1189 for a weekend, and £1500 – £2595 a week per barn depending on the season. Refundable (subject to terms) Housekeeping deposit of £250.
