It's the perfect place to rest, relax, share fun and be enthralled by the dramatic sea and sky scape; see amazing shipping of all sizes pass by closer than anywhere else in the UK, the dramatic tides are the second highest/fastest in the world, and the setting sun delights just across the balcony with both the Welsh coast and Black Mountains spectacular in the distance.

Guests can use the various living rooms, balconies, play area, TV room and enjoy outside space right next to the sea. With 7 plus beautiful bedrooms and 7 bathrooms spread over 3 floors ..... all accessible with a spacious lift, more than one wheelchair accessible bathroom and a level entrance into the lobby - this house is truly for everyone! (including your four-legged friend).

The neighbourhood is delightful, not only next to the stunning estuary, with breathtaking sunsets, but next door to the ornamental lake grounds, which have gorgeous gardens, a lake full of ducks and swans, play areas for the children, tennis and football, plus a beautiful heated public open-air pool with amazing views! There is an abundance of supermarkets, cafes, eateries and shops within a short walk both in town and in the fashionable Marina area, which has a stunning array of boats and is the perfect place to meander around and sip a glass or cuppa.

It's a great place for those who love to walk, either serious hikers or for just a leisurely dog jaunt - there's plenty of choice and masses to do locally for everyone. Plus Portishead is perfectly placed for reaching other areas of outstanding beauty with Bristol, Bath, Bruton, Glastonbury, Wells and Stonehenge and the whole of Somerset, (coastline beaches or inland) just a manageable drive away. We even have 'The Wave', an amazing surfing facility just a few miles up the road- for the ultimate adventure and family fun.

- **Bedrooms:** 4 kingsize and 3 doubles, plus extra singles if necessary - all rooms accessible by the lift -all with en suite or private bathroom.

- **Bathrooms:** 7 bathrooms including one washroom on the ground floor.
- **Children's Facilities:** Games for children - we have to mention the stairs are too wide for a stair gate, so parents please keep an eye- we have travel cots and a high chair.
- **Outdoor:** Stylish balconies with fab sea views, barbecue and grass area right next to the sea! Outdoor public pool and boating lake 5 mins walk - kids delight!
- **Swimming Pool:** There is no swimming pool, but one within a 5 mins walk!
- **Parking:** Parking for 4/5 cars off road and plenty of safe on-road parking.
- **Smoking:** No smoking inside property.
