Sunshine Cottage at Nether Burrows sleeps 10 (when using a day bed and pull out bed for 2 additional guests). This lovely holiday house has an optional extra space where 56 guests to dine together (on request). Additional accommodation on site is available for larger groups.

Meticulously converted to an exceptional standard, this beautiful holiday barn blends sleek modern touches with warm homely character, making it the perfect place for friends, families, and anyone craving a comfortable retreat.

From the moment you walk into the house, the spacious open-plan ground floor welcomes you with a wonderfully sociable layout. The kitchen includes a dishwasher and washer, fully equipped and ready for everything from lazy breakfasts to family dinners. Doors open from the lounge on to the south-facing morning terrace where you’ll find one of the cottage’s star attractions, a private hot tub, perfect for starlit soaks.

Back inside, the large extendable dining room seats 12, and flows effortlessly into the inviting lounge. Exposed beams, brickwork, and a crackling log burner set the scene for cosy evenings after days out, and there's access to the evening terrace where the rolling Derbyshire countryside unfolds out before you, best enjoyed with a glass of wine.

Upstairs, the cottage’s thoughtful design really shines. Three flexible bedrooms can be arranged as doubles or twins, while the charming Purple Suite includes a king size bed and a day bed with pull-out for families. The master suite boasts a luxurious 2 person bath. 2 additional bedrooms feature sleek en suite shower rooms, and the top floor Blue Suite offers yet another indulgent 2 person bath. All bathrooms come with heated floors and towel rails.

Outside, the huge lawned garden gives children plenty of space to run or play on the climbing frame while adults revel in peaceful views. When you’re ready to venture out, the Peak District’s best attractions including Chatsworth House, Haddon Hall, Carsington Water, Derby and charming villages with great pubs are all just moments away.
