The Swan at Spike Island is a stunning detached building renovated to a high standard offering ideal accommodation for companies or large family groups of up to 20 people. Offering over 3000 sq ft of space, The Swan is let with exclusive use to one family group, company or organisation at a time.
For business use the property is in an ideal location, in close proximity to the Multi Modal Gateway in Widnes, Omega Business Park in Warrington, Sci-tech, Daresbury and many other industrial areas. There's easy access to road network links, the new Mersey Gateway, M62, M56 and M6.
For families, walkers and cyclists the property provides an ideal base for a short break, with plenty of outside space just across the road at Spike Island with football and basketball area, walks around the marina and along the Trans Pennine Trail, while easily accessible for Liverpool (16 miles) and Chester (19 miles).
On the ground floor there is an attractive fitted kitchen which offers plenty of cupboard space, integral oven, microwave, large American style fridge freezer, washing machine and dryer and is fully equipped with cutlery, crockery and all utensils. There is a dining and social area with a 20 ft oak breakfast bar with stylish stools, all lit with designer lighting. The social area offers a 48" HD TV.
There are 2 ground floor bedrooms, sleeping either 3 or 4 in single beds, and 2 shower rooms with large showers.
The remaining 7 bedrooms are on the first floor, 4 of them twins, 2 single rooms and the final bedroom sleeping 3, again all in single beds. There are 2 shower rooms and a separate WC.
All bedrooms are equipped with super comfy beds, some with above bed LED lighting, comfy chairs and storage units. The 4 great bathrooms all have large showers, sinks and toilet. All bedrooms are spacious and some have great views over the Mersey Estuary, Marina and Spike Island.

Externally there is a courtyard offering parking on site for up to 3 vehicles. Additional free public parking is available in the public car park across the road.
Occupiers will benefit from daily housekeeping service with bed linen changed weekly.
Minimum stay 2 nights. Guests have exclusive use of the building. £1000 damage deposit required. £1000 deposit required to secure the booking, then full payment due 4 weeks before booking. Check in after 4PM, check out by 10AM.
